Making tofu is as easy as making common milk paneer. The only difference is that in this you have to prepare milk first. For this, first you have to grind soybean, mix it with water in the ratio of 1:7 and boil it. In one hour process in boiler and grinder you get about 4 to 5 liters of milk. After this the milk is put in the separator, due to this the milk becomes thick like curd and the remaining water is removed from it. After the process of about 1 hour, you get about 2.5 to 3 kg of cheese.
Initial earning of Rs 40 thousand
The market price of tofu is Rs 300 to 400 per kg. You get about 2.5 kg of paneer after the whole process from 1 kg of soybean. In this way, if you make 10 kg of cheese in a day, its market price is around Rs 3-4 thousand. In such a situation, if the expenses of labour, electricity, etc. are considered even at 50 percent, then you get a net saving of Rs 40 thousand. If you are successful in making 30 to 35 kg of tofu every day and selling it in the market, then you can easily earn Rs 1 to 1.50 lakh per month.
