The deputy chairman of the government, Alexander Novak, held the seventh meeting of the subcommission to increase the stability of the financial sector and individual sectors of the economy.

The event was attended by the Minister of Industry and Trade Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Agriculture Oksana Lut, Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov, deputy chairman of the Federation Council Nikolai Zhuravlev, leaders of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, as well as governors of the fishing regions – the Kamchatka Territory, the Magadan, Sakhalin Regions, the Primorsky Territory, the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and the President of the Russian Union Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin, heads and representatives of federal executive bodies, State Duma deputies, representatives of the Bank of Russia, the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Tax Service, industry and business associations, and the heads of the fisheries in the fishing complex.

Participants discussed the practice of concluding agreements with business entities to stabilize goods for goods, and also considered the current situation in the fishing complex.

“We have an active joint work with the Central Bank, with the federal executive bodies for measures to reduce inflation. This is the priority of the government. In the last three weeks, inflation slows down. The government adopted a decision on the admissibility of the conclusion of temporary agreements on stabilization of prices with producers of food and non -food goods, as well as trade organizations. This made it possible to regions where such agreements apply, to increase the price availability of a number of goods and reduce the pace of trade margins compared to those regions where such agreements are not concluded, ”said Alexander Novak.

According to the representative of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the agreements currently operate in 50 constituent entities of the Russian Federation with the participation of 159 manufacturers, 20 wholesale organizations and more than 14 thousand trade organizations.

The Deputy Prime Minister drew attention to the need to prevent the non-market rate of increasing prices for consumer goods at the regional level. The heads of the regions are instructed to actively use the tool of agreements on price stabilization. And to those who already have existing agreements – to analyze their effectiveness by monitoring the conditions of compliance, if necessary, make appropriate changes. The Federal Antimonopoly Service will provide the regional authorities with the necessary assistance and quarterly provide information to the government and the Ministry of Economic Development.

The situation in the sector of the system -forming enterprises of the industry is stable. Representatives of federal and regional authorities with the participation of the sectoral community and heads of the sector companies discussed the criteria for the application of support measures to ensure the stable functioning of fishing and fish farm enterprises, including taking into account the investments of individual market participants in the construction of courts and coastal fish processing facilities. According to the Bank of Russia and the Federal Tax Service, the financial indicators of a number of fishing companies were affected by a change in the cost of attracting credit funds, an increase in employees’ wages, margins of retail chains for products and changing the volume of export supplies.

Alexander Novak instructed the Ministry of Agriculture, Rosrybolovstvo, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development and industry companies to develop general approaches to the criteria for supporting the industry by the state, as well as determine the sources of financing for their effective application.
