Deputy Chairman of the Government Tatyana Golikova awarded the winners and prize -winners of the All -Russian competition “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency”. The award ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Labor and Social Protection Anton Kotykov, the President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Alexander Shokhin and the President of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions Mikhail Shmakov.

The task of the competition is to show that, regardless of the industry, the size of the organization, you can work effectively, solving the tasks and development of production, and the development of labor collectives, creating conditions for the disclosure of the creative potential of workers, improving their health and well -being. Organizations participating in the competition, of various forms of ownership, represent almost all spheres of the national economy: mechanical engineering, processing production, mining, energy, construction, agriculture, transport, education, healthcare and many others.

Every year the competition attracts more and more attention. Since 2004, it has been held annually. And since 2009, the format of its holding has been changed: it began to be held in two stages-at the regional and federal levels, with the participation of three-way commissions to regulate social and labor relations.

In 2024, the competition was held in 17 nominations. More than 2 thousand applications were received at the regional stage, over 500, 61 organizations from 65 regions were prize-ups to federal, including 4 organizations received a Grand Prix, and 2 organizations-special diplomas. The largest number of winners are from the Krasnodar Territory, the Samara and Yaroslavl regions.

In 2023, on the eve of the year of the family in Russia, special nominations were introduced: “For the support of workers – large parents and their children in the production / non -production sphere organizations.”

Before the award ceremony, Tatyana Golikova held the next meeting of the Russian three-way commission to regulate social and labor relations.
