Sanaa- About 3 weeks have passed since America’s resumption of Houthi sites in Yemen, amid questions about the results of these intense and unprecedented raids since Washington’s intervention directly in the early 2024 against the group allied with Iran.
Since the strikes on March 15 have resumed, and until now, America has launched about 300 raids, according to data from the Houthi group monitored by Al -Jazeera Net, and until last Wednesday the killing of 61 civilians and the injury of 139 others, according to a statement by the Ministry of Health of the Houthi government, which did not mention the military victims.
More than two weeks ago, Al -Jazeera Net monitored the funeral of more than 30 Houthi officers, who fell with the “Battle of the Bible and the Promised Conquest”, by American fire, and in the latest American targeting of Yemen, the “Houthi” group announced today, Friday, that raids targeted the northwestern governorate of Saada, the main stronghold of the group, which are linked to land borders with Saudi Arabia.

Al -Dahab pointed out, in his speech to Al -Jazeera Net, to the Houthis’ secrets about their losses as a result of the American strikes, “What indicates its existence in the human forces, means, structures and military structures”, and it is also unreasonable militarily and under any scale – according to gold – to attack America with its warplanes and warships and with all means of destruction “dead areas”.
The Yemeni expert believes that the Houthis do not give Washington any opportunity to assess the results of the strikes on them, so they deny any losses, or ignore the announcement, because their recognition of great losses tempts the Americans by investing this to move the forces anti -group forces in Yemen, which the Houthis are keen to prevent.
On the continued shooting down of the Houthis, American aircraft, gold says it is “controversial”, and adds if they have strong antibiotics that will fall off the caravans, so why do they not land the warplanes that fly with a decrease over the provinces of Saada and Amran.
Al -Dahab explained that the Houthis created a “information zone of information” by keeping the results of the raids, and concealing and camouflaging the areas of production, assembling or storing weapons, especially ballistic missiles and enlightenings.
However, the expert notes that the intensification of American attacks and the breadth of their geographical area reflects the development of the American Information Bank, in exchange for a relative decline in the Houthis by blocking information.

In the context, political sociology professor Abdel -Baqi Shamsan says that “America’s battle against Houthi is first linked to preserving Israel’s security and bringing Iran as a first threat instead of it, and in return it shows that Israel is able to face the Iranian threat, and therefore it should be normalized and allied to face this danger.”
Speaking to Al -Jazeera Net, Shamsan considered that the conflict between America and the Houthis is not a duet, and that the group is an “Iranian paper” to improve the negotiating position of Tehran, and that “there is nothing to do with what the Houthis talk about about the support of Gaza with the principles of the human, moral or national dimension.”
Shamsan explained that the Houthis have already been affected by the American strikes, and that this threatens their own interests related to the restoration of government, as they believe that they are “the owners of the divine right of the rule of Yemen, and they consider the revolution of September 26, 1962 a coup against the rule, and that they are now restoring power.”
He continued by saying that “the Houthis are now a difficult stage, because they cannot make peace with America to preserve their strength in order to continue power,” explaining that “America wants Iran to become without agents in the region, so that it negotiates as a country without fang, which makes the ceiling of negotiations low between it and America and the international community.”
Academic Shamsan referred to several scenarios on the future of the conflict between America and the Houthis:
- The first: A complicated situation related to the local and Iranian Houthi bets, in which America continues to target the Houthis gradually, until US President Donald Trump met with the Saudis, to put the final steps to end the Houthis to the disappearance, in exchange for the Kingdom accepting normalization with Israel.
- The second: In the event that Saudi Arabia refuses to normalize with Israel, Houthi will be kept as a disturbing and threatened party without disappearance.
- The third: the loss of the Houthis, because Iran will sacrifice them if it has been threatened directly, and this must eradicate their danger to the Red Sea, and therefore Iran will have an extension in Iraq Only, under Iranian pressure and domination, and what will happen in Yemen and Iraq are linked to negotiation between America and Iran and the security of Israel.
Quality and non -decisive
The head of the Abaad Center for Studies and Research, Abdul Salam Mohamed, believes that the American strikes against the Houthis are “qualitative” in terms of accuracy, sites and targets, whether weapons stores, missile platforms, or air defense systems, and even the group’s field figures.
However, he believes that these strikes are “not decisive”, as they do not lead to the defeat or surrender of the Houthis, and the latter creates a deterrent if the Houthis felt that a field move will drop their authority in Sanaa.
On the reasons for the continued military attacks of Houthi despite the intensity of strikes on them, the researcher is due to the mechanism in which the group deals, in terms of converting the mountains of Yemen into weapons stores, and the transfer of missiles on mobile platforms with large or medium shipments, and thus enables them to continue their attacks.
Despite the American strikes, Al -Houthi – according to Muhammad – still possesses some of the qualitative weapons warehouses of missiles and enlightenings, but he cannot move them with the same ability and efficiency as it was before the American operations, and Washington Houthi raids also restricted the move of land in order to control other areas of Yemen to gain the morale of his supporters as a behavior that previously persevered.
