Nvidia says Blackwell will surpass previous estimate by billions of dollars in Q4

Nvidia said its next-generation Blackwell chip was on track to surpass its previous revenue estimate by billions of dollars for the fiscal fourth quarter.

Colette Kress, Nvidia’s chief financial officer, said the company’s fourth-quarter revenue guidance of $37.5 billion incorporates continued demand for the Hopper family architecture and the initial ramp-up of its products. Blackwell.

She also said the slight moderation in gross margins is due to Blackwell’s ramp-up.

“We’re going to ship more Blackwell this quarter than we previously planned,” Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang told analysts.
