US President Donald Trump said his administration will publish about 80,000 pages of files related to former President John Kennedy on Tuesday morning (local time).
Trump had previously signed an executive order that directs the federal government to provide a plan to publish records related to Kennedy’s assassination in 1963, as well as his brother Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King, the son who killed in 1968.
“People have waited for decades … it will be very interesting,” Trump told reporters during a visit to the Kennedy Center in Washington Monday.
It is noteworthy that the FBI announced in early February that thousands of new documents related to the Kennedy assassination were found.
