The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani received a call from British Foreign Minister David Lami to deal with the region’s conditions and Israel’s attack on Iran.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs statement, the Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs expressed Qatar’s condemnation of Israel’s violations and attacks in the region.
Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al Thani also stressed that the violations of Israel are undermining peace efforts and threatening to drag the region towards a regional war.
The Qatari Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the necessity of concerted regional and international efforts to reduce escalation and resolve differences through diplomatic means.
He also stressed that the State of Qatar is making unremitting efforts with its partners to return to the course of dialogue between all parties to address outstanding issues and consolidate security and peace in the region and the world.

At dawn on Friday, Israel began a massive attack on Iran with dozens of fighters, called “the rising lion”, during which nuclear facilities and missile bases were bombed in different regions, and assassinated prominent military leaders and nuclear scientists.
On the same evening, Iran began responding to the attack with a series of ballistic missile strikes and running planes.
