Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko summed up the results of the federal project “State for the People” for 2024.
The key achievements of the federal project are:
— opening of 11 user testing laboratories for public services;
— implementation of 34 federal and 85 regional services “life situations” on the portals of public services and “MSP.RF”;
— ensuring monitoring and collecting feedback. About 100 studies were conducted with the participation of 100 thousand surveyed citizens;
— more than 1.5 million people used the “life situations” services.
“Approaches to the provision of public services and the work of the state with citizens in 2024 have reached a new level. “Life situations” services have been launched, which allow citizens and entrepreneurs to receive comprehensive services, in one place and without visiting departments. All new services are tested in user testing laboratories of government services to ensure they are easy to use by people. Digital technologies and client-centric standards help the state resolve citizens’ issues proactively, saving them from filling out unnecessary documents and visiting departments,” said Dmitry Grigorenko.
As a result of the unification of public services according to the principle of “life situations”, their receipt has become significantly easier. On average, within one “life situation” the following has decreased:
— time to receive government services by 35% – from 102 to 66 days;
— the number of documents by 29% – from 28 to 20 days;
— the number of visits to departments by 64% – from 14 to 5 visits.
Work on the implementation of “life situations” is also carried out at the regional level. To date, 85 regional “life situations” services have been launched. And by the end of 2025, it is planned to launch more than 400 regional “life situations”.
The federal project “State for People” is one of the strategic initiatives for the socio-economic development of Russia. It has been implemented at the federal and regional levels since 2021.
