The 34th meeting of the supervisory board of the ANO Digital Economy took place at the Analytical Center under the Government. Based on its results, it was decided that the organization would reformat its approach to working with business: it would consolidate opinions and proposals from businesses on topical issues of the development of the digital economy and the data economy, and transmit this position to the state in the format of regular meetings. Such events will be held quarterly. Thus, ANO “CE” will launch a new format of work with business and government in the “10+10+10” format (problems, risks and prospects for digital development). The role of the organization as a “second key” was also discussed – a platform for interaction between business and government on issues of development of the digital economy.
Deputy Prime Minister – Chief of the Government Staff Dmitry Grigorenko was elected Chairman of the Supervisory Board of ANO Digital Economy.
“In fulfilling digital development tasks, feedback from business is important to us. This is an opportunity to agree on specific solutions and jointly formulate the results expected from digitalization. At the same time, it is important that businesses submit proposals systematically and on an ongoing basis. ANO “Digital Economy” will become the very tool that will allow us to fully implement this task. The platform will aggregate and structure feedback so that, as a result, we can see the needs of the business at the moment and can integrate them into our digital transformation plans,” noted Dmitry Grigorenko.
“Today, business and our founders spoke about the need for a closer and more systematic dialogue with the state on the development of the digital economy and the data economy. We are ready to launch an updated format for working with companies on our platform, which was voiced by Dmitry Yurievich [Григоренко]. It is important that the state offers such specific formats for inclusion in this work, as was demonstrated today – an open dialogue took place within the framework of the supervisory board, which, I am sure, will become a regular part of such meetings,” commented Sergei Plugotarenko, CEO of the Digital Economy ANO.
Based on the voting results of the members of the supervisory board of the ANO Digital Economy, an expert council on digital literacy and cyber hygiene was launched, and the composition of the leaders of the expert council on regulatory policy at the ANO Digital Economy was changed.
“ANO “Digital Economy”, with the assistance of the Ministry of Digital Development of Russia, is forming an expert council on digital literacy and cyber hygiene under the ANO “CE”. Its goal is an expert discussion of key issues of cyber hygiene and digital literacy, development of unified approaches and strategies for scaling best practices, increasing the effectiveness of government assistance in events and projects aimed at increasing the main indicators of digital literacy of the population. As part of the work of the council, it is planned to implement analytical research, launch and support new initiatives and projects on the topics of digital literacy and cyber hygiene, educational and educational activities,” noted Sergey Plugotarenko.
At the meeting of the supervisory board, the achievements of key performance indicators of ANO Digital Economy for 2024 were also summed up, which exceeded 95% as of December.
In the second part of the meeting, Dmitry Grigorenko answered questions from business representatives. In the format of a dialogue, issues of communications, information security, personnel and education were discussed.
