First of all, this is “Long and Active Life,” which combines almost all the main areas of medical care, from prevention to rehabilitation and digitalization of the industry,” said Tatyana Golikova.

Currently, 10 organizations in the region are participating in the project to develop the rehabilitation area. Thus, more than 200 units of equipment were supplied to the Center for Specialized Medical Care named after. V.P. Avaeva, Regional Clinical Treatment and Rehabilitation Center.

In 2024, about 200 target students entered Tver State Medical University. A similar system has been introduced in specialized colleges in the region.

A key project for the development of the entire regional healthcare system, which is being implemented on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is the commissioning of a new complex of the Children’s Regional Clinical Hospital.

Tatyana Golikova and Igor Rudenya visited the construction site of the facility.

“The pace of construction is increasing, and we are all interested in seeing this facility completed as quickly as possible. All resources are provided for both in the federal budget and in the regional budget,” noted Tatyana Golikova.

In addition, we plan to organize an educational process for children who have been here for a long time.”

The construction of the frame and external walls is being completed, and the installation of partitions and window blocks is underway. The installation of ventilated facades and internal engineering systems continues. In general, monolithic work is 98% complete. External heat, water, electricity and sewerage networks are also being installed. About 200 specialists work at the site.

In parallel, work is underway to contract medical equipment, and issues of ensuring the effective functioning of the institution are being resolved, including training and attracting highly qualified specialists.

With the opening of the Children’s Regional Hospital in Tver, a modern medical cluster will appear to provide assistance to residents of all municipalities of the region, uniting leading healthcare institutions. In addition to the Children’s Clinical Hospital, the cluster will include a perinatal center, a Regional Clinical Hospital, and a diagnostic center of Tver State Medical University, located nearby.
