First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, together with the Governor of the Vladimir Region, Alexander Avdeev, visited production sites located on the territory of the Rusklimat IKSEl technology park. Here there are enterprises specializing in the production of heating equipment, climate control equipment, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
All production facilities are characterized by a high level of automation: most of the routine operations are performed by robots. Now there are already about 70 of them working in the technology park, and about 200 more are planned for purchase. The state is helping to equip production sites with industrial robots: Vladimir enterprises have already used the instrument of preferential loans from the Industrial Development Fund and plan to take advantage of support measures within the framework of the national project “Means of Production and Automation” that started this year. This will increase labor productivity and free up employees to perform tasks that require higher qualifications.
“The topic of automation and increasing labor productivity was recently discussed at a government hour in the State Duma. The enterprises we visited today clearly demonstrate these processes. The national project helps give them additional impetus. There are already about a dozen domestic manufacturers of industrial robots operating in Russia. It is important that the new robots that enterprises plan to purchase are at least partially Russian-made,” Denis Manturov emphasized.
At the enterprises, the First Deputy Prime Minister and the Governor were shown the robotic production of the rear panel of the collectors, the painting and assembly areas of finished body products. Denis Manturov and Alexander Avdeev inspected the production of full-cycle water heaters – from welding to assembly; they were also shown products under the Aurus brand – hidden-mounted water heaters and convectors. At the industrial group’s plant for the production of steel panel radiators, the operation of a recently launched new line was demonstrated. The visit to the Rusklimat IKSEl technology park ended at the plant, which was opened by Russian President Vladimir Putin via video link a year ago; modular ventilation and air conditioning systems are produced here.
