Since the reunification of Crimea with Russia in 2014, a large comprehensive work on the development of infrastructure has been carried out on the peninsula, aimed at creating comfortable conditions for people’s lives and sustainable socio-economic development of the regions. There is the construction of modern housing, roads, social institutions, housing and communal services, and improvement of public spaces, said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
“Today we celebrate 11 years from the date of the return of the Crimean peninsula to Russia. During this time, the peninsula was transformed almost beyond recognition. The state program of socio-economic development, national projects and point support tools made it possible to create and update the peninsula infrastructure. This work gave its results. I want to note good pace on housing construction. Including their contributions made effective tools of regional development – infrastructure budget and special treasury loans (IBK and SCC). Projects implemented in 2022 with their help stimulated the introduction of 215.5 thousand square meters. m of housing and attracted more than 22.1 billion rubles of private investment to the local economy, ”said Marat Khusnullin.
So, with the involvement of IBK and SKK funds in the Republic of Crimea, six housing and communal services are introduced. Among them are the reconstructed electrical substations “Moinaki” in Yevpatoria, “photon” and “Severnaya” in Simferopol. They made it possible to ensure stable and uninterrupted power supply of thousands of consumers, as well as by increasing capacities to form a reserve for connecting new objects to electric networks. In addition, the reconstruction of the lane of the marble leading to the developing residential area in Simferopol was completed, and a kindergarten for 250 seats in the city of Saki was built. At the expense of IBK, the construction of a kindergarten for 280 seats in Yevpatoria and ancient avenue in Sevastopol continues.
When creating comfortable living conditions, great attention is also paid to the improvement of settlements. This work was successfully conducted as part of the National Project “Housing and the Urban Environment”.
“Since 2019, about 500 public territories and yards have been updated in the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol. Moreover, when choosing priority places, the opinion of local residents is taken into account. Last year, more than 213 thousand residents of the peninsula took part in the vote for the objects of improvement. Now the work on the formation of a comfortable urban environment continues within the framework of the national project “Infrastructure for life“. In 2025 it is planned to improve 100 public territories: 77 – in Crimea and 23 in Sevastopol, ”said the Minister of Construction and Housing and Public Utilities Irek Fayzullin.
For example, in Yalta, the Central City Square was improved. They installed a light -and -music fountain, arranged an amphitheater, for the convenience of vacationers there were navigation systems, shadow zones, as well as places for collecting tourist groups. Now, in this square, you can carry out small events and film screenings in the open air.
A promising mechanism of high -quality renewal of cities, the formation of a comfortable environment for life, work and rest of citizens is the integrated development of territories. This tool allows you to update the housing fund, modernize or create the necessary social, communal and transport infrastructure, and involve ineffectively used areas in municipalities into circulation.
“By decision of the Government, the Territory Development Fund with the involvement of a subsidiary is implementing a KRT project in the village of greeting the Alushta City District. The total area of the developed territory is 480.6 hectares. It is planned to build more than 3.2 million square meters there. m of real estate. The implementation of the project will make it possible to contribute to the socio-economic development of the Republic of Crimea, create a year-round resort with beaches and berths for small vessels, as well as with modern infrastructure for comfortable residence, increase the tourist flow and attract additional investments in the region.
