On the agenda: about the indexation of social pensions, about the free retraining of citizens in the framework of the national project “personnel”, on the plan of measures to implement the development strategy of the mineral resource base of Russia until 2050.

Good morning, dear colleagues!

This year, on behalf of the President, the government has already indexed the insurance pensions of citizens taking into account the actual inflation. The necessary decisions were made on the so -called military pensions.

Now a decree has been prepared, according to which social pensions will increase by more than 14.5% – in accordance with the growth rate of the subsistence minimum.

Such assistance to the state is received by people with disabilities and in the event of a loss of a breadwinner, as well as citizens who do not have a work experience or it is not enough to assign an insurance pension. We are talking about men over 70 and women who have reached the age of 65 years.

At the same time, pensions are increased for several categories of beneficiaries, including military personnel who served on conscription, participants in the Great Patriotic War and others. Pensions for pensions for testing and astronauts will also increase.

In total, such an indexation will affect almost 4.2 million people. The financing required for this – about 85 billion rubles – is provided in the budget.

Supporting citizens is the priority of the government. It is important to continue to do everything necessary for people to be transferred in a timely manner. And of course, I ask, dear colleagues, to carefully monitor this.

The next question concerns employment.

The President instructed to ensure that citizens who are looking for work could receive additional education in priority areas of training.

The government has improved the organization of free retraining in the most popular professions. Now such a measure of support will be provided in the framework of the new national project “Personnel”.

People of pre -retirement age and over 50 years of age, veterans of a special military operation, men and women on vacation for child care, mother -in -school mothers, young citizens under 35 years old, if they have difficulty with employment, as well as people with health restrictions and others, will be able to take advantage of it. This right is also granted to those who turn to employment services to search for suitable vacancies.

For all of them, courses will be held that can improve the qualifications and purchase the skills necessary for further career. Moreover, in the specialties for which there is a demand in the economy. They will be organized at the expense of the federal budget.

We expect that with the support of the state, more than 104 thousand people will work and will be able to work out training. And our enterprises will receive popular and competent personnel.

Now – about the decision in the field of mining and processing of minerals, including rare and rare earth metals.

The president emphasized the need to ensure the country’s resource sovereignty. To form a stable base for uninterrupted supply of the economy of our regions, cities and towns available to raw materials and fuel. And also create the basis for the production of new materials and energy sources.

The government approved a comprehensive plan, which is aimed at implementing an updated development strategy for the mineral resource base, designed until 2050. This document includes a large set of measures with specific terms of execution.

Operational meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers

To increase efforts in this area, we will improve the mechanisms of stimulating work on geological study of the subsoil. In particular, the conduct of studies of hard -to -reach territories that are included in the zone of special interests of Russia are the Arctic and Antarctic, the Spitzbergen archipelago and the world ocean.

Also, a significant block of tasks is devoted to increasing support for domestic developers to create the entire range of technologies, equipment, software that is necessary for the development of deposits.
