Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov summed up the results of the competitive selection of subjects to provide a unified subsidy for the creation of tourist infrastructure for 2025–2027 as part of the national project “Tourism and Hospital”.
“President Vladimir Putin set the task by 2030 to increase the contribution of the tourism industry to GDP to 5% and increase the number of trips around the country to 140 million people. In the framework of the national project “Tourism and hospitality,“ subsidies will be directed to the regions to priority for a specific area of the direction. These funds – in the amount of 27 billion rubles – will go to the development of infrastructure for auto tutorism, the creation of tourist routes and the improvement of cities. This will create additional opportunities for increasing the tourist flow and growth of the economy of subjects, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.
The regions can, at their discretion, can be distributed, including the construction of infrastructure on automobile tourist routes, the creation of campsites and the acquisition of camping tents, the arrangement of beaches and national tourist routes, and the implementation of projects for the arrangement of tourist centers of cities. Among the possible directions are the acquisition of tourist equipment and equipment, the creation of non -capital mooring structures and the holding of festivals.
“Since 2025, we have increased the annual volume of a single subsidy by almost one and a half times, up to 9 billion rubles, which will allow regions to implement larger projects and increase the number of tourist trips – the main indicator that we are guided by. They also provided for the possibility of directing funds to priority areas, including the creation of infrastructure for auto tutorism. According to the results of the selection, the Krasnodar Territory, the Moscow, Sverdlovsk and Nizhny Novgorod Regions and the Stavropol Territory became the leaders in terms of support, ”said Maxim Reshetnikov Minister of Economic Development.
In general, according to the results of the competitive selection, the subsidy will be sent to 84 subjects, including the Zaporizhzhya, Kherson regions, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.
A single subsidy has been sent to regions to develop tourism since 2024. So, in the Krasnodar Territory 38 projects were supported last year. For example, in the Anapa sanatorium, they performed work to ensure an affordable environment, and in Mostovsky, Tuapse, Temryuk districts, Armavir, Anapa and Sochi, year -round heated basins appeared.
In the Kaluga region, two projects were implemented to create non -capital mooring infrastructure on the Oka River, which contributed to the development of shipping, including launching walking excursion routes. Also in the region, a project was implemented to create a Turkode of the city of Tarusa.
In the Volgograd region, projects were received to create 15 campsites, in which 41 numbers and camping parking lots were created. Such objects appeared in six regions of the region and the city of Volzhsky.
In the Kirov region, where the city of Kirov received the status of the New Year capital of Russia, a number of event events were held at the expense of the subsidy, and a new city tourist route “Gate of the Russian North” was created, tourist navigation was updated, the “Gate of the Russian North” was established and a new public space was opened – Spasskaya Square.
