The introductory word of Mikhail Mishustin:

Dear colleagues, good afternoon!

On the agenda of the government’s meeting today a very important topic is support for veterans of the Great Patriotic War. Those who, approaching the victory, delivered their native land from Nazism, who defended our freedom and independence.

By the decision of the president, to the anniversary of the Great Victory, to everyone who fought for the homeland, a one -time payment will be made.

Today we will allocate over 23 billion rubles for these purposes. Almost 332 thousand of our citizens will receive them. These are participants in the Great Patriotic War, their widows, the inhabitants of the blockade Leningrad, the young prisoners of fascism, as well as the rear workers and those who fell into concentration camps at the age of age.

They do not need to submit any additional statements – the ministries and departments will do everything on their own.

These people went through heavy trials, withstood the most bloody war. And caring for them is one of the main duties of the state.

Another question concerns the assistance to participants in a special military operation. They, showing courage, continue the work of our grandfathers who defeated fascism. That is why the president declared 2025 the year of the defender of the Fatherland. He noted that it is extremely important to provide them with all the necessary material and social support. Why the government already implements the widest circle of measures. Among them are not only monthly payments, but also tax benefits. As well as priority medical care, education and assistance in employment. All fighters should use such preferences, including those who are in the border regions, including in the Kursk region, who protect the interests of the country.

On behalf of the Head of State, we distribute the status of a war veteran into thousands of military personnel and employees of law enforcement agencies who carry out combat missions in these territories. And today the corresponding amendments to the law will be considered.

We expect that the proposed changes will be promptly accepted by parliamentarians so that our guys, their loved ones as soon as possible receive all the necessary assistance provided by the state.

The next topic concerns the safety of people on the roads.

In many ways, it depends on the skills of driving all participants in the movement. Whether it is drivers of trucks or public transport, taxis or those who are driving a personal car.

And in this area, as the president noted, it is important to engage in educational work, to educate the culture of responsible behavior on the roads.

Here, of course, is a special role in organizations that teach people to be a carriageway. It is there that most of our citizens receive basic knowledge about how to behave in the traffic flow, acquire the necessary competencies. So, in their work, driving schools should take into account a number of mandatory requirements.

For this, the government proposes to adjust the current legislation. Now the quality of such educational institutions will be evaluated for certain indicators, including the results of passing exams by students, as well as taking into account emergency situations in which graduates of a particular school were.

These data will be placed on a special, available for all information resource, which will be regularly updated. Citizens will have the opportunity to learn in detail about a specific organization where they plan to undergo training, as well as leave reviews about those of them where they themselves studied.

We expect that in this way an objective rating will be created, which will significantly improve the quality of training of motorists. And as a result – to reduce the number of incidents in transport and make roads safer for everyone – both for pedestrians and drivers.

Another decision made.

The government continues to help domestic enterprises in export markets.

The president emphasized that, despite the objective difficulties that Russian business is now facing, we are developing external business ties, we expand their geography, strengthen cooperation with predictable, reliable partners, who, like our country, understand their national interests and value mutually beneficial trade, production and cooperative relations.

For the comprehensive support of deliveries sent abroad, the government is implementing a number of measures, including preferential lending, contract insurance with foreign buyers, as well as assistance in logistics and certification.

Such mechanisms are in demand, proved their effectiveness. Therefore, on behalf of the President, we expanded the program to promote domestic products abroad under the national brand “made in Russia”. It extended its action until 2030. We spoke about this in detail at the strategic session, which was dedicated to international cooperation.

Among the important initiatives of the program are the business events of our manufacturers abroad, the organization of fairs under the brand “made in Russia”, and the increase in the presence of domestic goods in a digital environment. It also provides for the creation of the necessary infrastructure for the development of new markets, the strengthening of already established technological and industrial relations.

We expect that the decision will help increase the exports of non -and -energy products by at least two -thirds and will ensure an increase in supplies of products of the agro -industrial complex by at least one and a half times. Of course, this will contribute to the implementation of other goals set by the President.
