Your company is engaged in a very important high -tech product for managing CNC machines. This is a serious milestone in the development of our industries. I know that they went to this for a long time.
The President has repeatedly noted that for the development of the country it is necessary to provide itself with their own technologies, key components and materials and establish the release of the necessary set of goods.
Mechatronics has a very important role here. First of all, to help enterprises modernize production, increase their effectiveness, and launch new directions. And this is very relevant, especially in conditions of unprecedented sanction pressure, in order to achieve indicators associated with national sovereignty both in the field of industry and technological.

The company “Mechatronika” is a Russian manufacturer and developer of managing software and hardware systems for machine tools of various complexity.
We offer solutions to import substitution of foreign, foreign management systems. And the first among Russian manufacturers proposed modern solutions for multi -incidental processing technology with full -fledged five -axis interpolation and user functionality, not inferior to the leading foreign manufacturers: Siemens, Heidenhain, Fanuc and others.
Regarding our equipment. Control blocks, operator remote controls, power converters, software of various levels – from firmware of programmable integrated circuits to interface software – all It is produced and developed in Russia.
In connection with the need for the Russian company, which was sharply increased after 2022, the need to ensure the current demand for its own products: the company’s staff was expanded, the production space was increased, and the necessary production equipment was purchased and commissioned. The technological functionality of the system is significantly redesigned and expanded.
Over the past 2024, the company delivered more than 100 control systems to equip new equipment produced by Russian machine tool builders. The set management systems in accordance with the needs of industry have found use mainly on complex machine equipment. These are long portal and five -coordinate machines.
It is worth noting, first of all, work with the Southern Plant of Stock Building (city of Krasnodar). With this enterprise, the production and equipment of the control systems for serial Pyato -axis of the VFC series, which are supplied for the needs of various enterprises.
With the NPO “Stankosthostzhi” (the city of Sterlitamak), which is part of the Stan group, the serial equipment of the CNC systems 900VH, 2000VH, VMB800 were mastered. These are also five -axis processing centers, including with a turning function.
Long -scale multi -axial portal machines of the SK6P models 150, 200 and 300 have been mastered with JSC Stanktekh (Kolomna city).
All this new equipment produced by Russian machine tools is already necessary for the production of appropriate products with functionality. These are modern system measuring systems, software with an option in five-coordinate interpolation, transformation and 3D correction of the tool, managing the orientation of the tool vector, which allows customers to implement plans for the production of their products.
I also want to note that together with machine tools, a constant study of decisions is underway, primarily Russian. These are Russian spindles, sensors, meters, Belarusian servomotors and other components. A constant updating of the technological functionality proposed by the system, multi -axial processing in various kinematic schemes, complex mechatron systems. These are multi-engine Gantry-Osi with a pre-trial and without, the management of high-minting torque motors in the modes of the moment of the moment and compensation of the tooth moment, work with various measuring systems, which allows you to achieve high, sometimes to a fraction of a micron, accuracy. The use of complex compensations and diagnostic systems. Improving software for maintenance and adjustment of systems of end operators.
At the same time, it should be noted that in 2024, the management systems manufactured by us found use in less serial, but, in our opinion, promising projects. This is the implementation of the technology of continuous compensation for the wear of the tool during contour grinding. The project was implemented with PJSC CSKO-Saturn and with Satiz JSC. A complex of control of turbine blades has been developed, at the final stage of the development of dental grinding technology. These projects have not yet received wide serial use, but the technology mastered during their implementation will certainly be promising and in demand in the future.
Of course, I want to express my gratitude to the Russian government, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, and the relevant department of machine tools for the provision of all kinds of assistance. This is both consulting and methodological assistance, and, of course, the provision of subsidies in the sale of our products (government decree No. 1206). Largely thanks to this subsidy, we can not only produce and implement our control software systems, but also expand production, increase staff and maintain a competitive level of employees’ salaries.

You talked in very detail about the most difficult work. I well remember our meeting with you at the “Metal processing” exhibition in Moscow. And there you talked about partnership regarding the training of personnel, because for such complex solutions – you say, in particular, about five -axle coordinate machines and complex management systems – you need specialists in a number of related sectors: programmers, mathematics, electronic workers, easel builders. With the development of complex specialties – from the “theory of mechanisms and machines” to questions related to theoretical mechanics and other things. It is not easy to find such specialists.
You then talked about partnership with the Ivanovo State Energy University, which you can say, the flagship for the training of specialists.
In general, according to personnel potential-how do you see the continuation of the interaction of such companies with a high level of research and design work, like yours, with the main advanced engineering schools, universities, institutions?
Yu.Tararykin: Mikhail Vladimirovich, of course, the personnel decide everything. It is necessary to conduct systematic work with higher educational institutions, because today’s students will be operators and integrators of our systems in the future. And this work has been conducted by us for a long time …
The company “Mechatronika” at the expense of its own funds was equipped with a laboratory at the Ivanovo State Energy University. A joint work with the university is underway to prepare the relevant curriculum, and work on organizing graduates with subsequent employment is established with relevant departments. And there are already agreements that we will carry out similar work with the Bauman MSTU here in Moscow.
M.Mushin: The expansion of cooperation with universities is, of course, a very important work that has great prospects. Young guys receive guidelines in their future profession, get acquainted directly with applied solutions in this area. Exactly as Mechatronics is engaged in.
