The Deputy Chairman of the Government, Marat Khusnullin, visited the Perm Territory with a working trip, where he met with the governor of the region Dmitry Makhonin on issues of socio-economic and infrastructure development of the subject, and also familiarized himself with the construction of a major oncocenter.
“The Perm Territory shows itself well in different directions. Tasks for the national projects “Housing and the urban environment“ and “Safe high -quality roads” are fulfilled. Now it is necessary to build work on the new national project “Infrastructure for life“ is also effective. In the Perm Territory, 41 supported settlements were determined, where by 2030 it is necessary to complete one of the main tasks – to improve the quality of the environment for life by 30%. To do this, you need to prepare specific plans in order to have a clear understanding of how such settlements will develop. In the region, there are good indicators on roads. The subject is one of the leaders in bringing regional roads to a normative state – this indicator reached 87.3%. But good results are not a reason to stop. Also, we must not forget about the road network inside the settlements. In addition, the federal high-speed highway M-12 East will pass through the Perm Territory. I am sure that it will give an impetus to the active development of the surrounding territories, ”said Marat Khusnullin.
The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that it is necessary to keep a good pace on the commissioning of housing, and to focus on individual housing construction, as many people want to live in their own house. Marat Khusnullin also called for continuing to expand Grad Potensial and implement projects of integrated development of territories. Currently, in the Perm Territory, 28 territories with a total area of 276.3 hectares with a urban planning potential of 3 million square meters are determined for integrated development. m, of which 2.6 million square meters. m – living area. The implementation of many projects has already begun.
According to Marat Khusnullin, the Perm Territory is actively engaged in the modernization of communal infrastructure, using federal and its own programs for this. In addition, in the region there is a positive dynamics to update public transport.
Marat Khusnullin and Governor of the Perm Territory Dmitry Makhonin also examined the construction site of the cancer center, which is built with the involvement of state and private financing. The institution will create all the necessary conditions for effective diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients. Currently, the construction readiness of the facility is 20%. It is located in a new area in which active residential development is also planned – about 760 thousand square meters. m.
In turn, Dmitry Mahonin thanked the Deputy Prime Minister for the visit and support of the region’s projects.
“In recent years, thanks to federal support in the field of healthcare, 23 large facilities have been built. Now in the regional capital is the construction of the cancer center. The central block of the medical institution grew to the fourth floor. In the future block of nuclear medicine, foundations and basement are arranged, and in the ward block the frame is ready at the level of the third floor. Installation of engineering networks is also carried out. It is planned that the cancer center will be able to take more than 14 thousand patients per year. Already now a target set of doctors is being conducted for work here, ”said Dmitry Makhonin.
The head of the Prikamye also reported on the implementation of the social gasification program, the modernization of communal infrastructure, and the restoration of social facilities and housing in Severodonetsk.
The governor noted that the Perm Territory has already begun to work on the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, which was launched on the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin since 2025. These are measures for the resettlement of emergency housing, the construction of roads, the construction of housing, and the improvement of territories.
