The tunneling shield passed more than 1.4 km. This project important for the city has become possible thanks to the mechanism of infrastructure budget loans. For large cities, the metro is a necessity. Thanks to the subway, people become more mobile, roads are unloaded, and in general it positively affects the situation in the city, ”said Marat Khusnullin.

In Nizhny Novgorod, the Square Square Square and Sennaya stations on the Avtozavodskaya line, as well as the Sormovskaya station on the Sormovo-Meshcherskaya line, will be built.

Marat Khusnullin, together with Gleb Nikitin, also got acquainted with the construction of a new IT campus. Its total area is more than 226 thousand square meters. m. Comfortable conditions for 8 thousand students are provided. The campus will be divided into eight functional zones: research, residential, educational, sports, entrepreneurial, cultural and leisure, commercial and social. Modern dormitories located on the territory of the campus will be able to place 5.6 thousand students and teachers. Currently, the readiness of the first stage of the campus is 80%. The construction of a network of modern university camps of world -class in Russia is carried out on behalf of the President.

In fact, one third of the tunnels have already been passed. Of course, there were difficulties, but today important decisions were made at the headquarters, I am sure that the speed of construction would increase. In general, such projects as a metro, IT campus are not only important in themselves-they change the city and the environment around, but this is the infrastructure, new jobs and the transformation of the territories, ”said Gleb Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.
