Under the chairmanship of Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, the third meeting of the Government Commission for the implementation of the integrated state program “Development of Physical Culture and Sports” took place. The Minister of Sports Mikhail Degtyarev, representatives of interested ministries, as well as the FMBA of Russia and representatives of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation took part in it.

Dmitry Chernyshenko emphasized that the key tasks of the commission are the development of consolidated positions on the integrated development of the entire sport and the unification of existing resources in order to effectively work on the achievement of national goals set by President Vladimir Putin.

“Monitoring the implementation of state programs is regularly considered at operational meetings by the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Vladimirovich Mishustin. To date, the level of execution of the state program “Development of physical culture and sports is“ more than 99%. It consolidated all sources, including regional, federal budgets and private investments. I note that these are investments in the health of our country. To assess the effectiveness of the heads of regional executive bodies in the field of physical education and sports by the Ministry of Sports, the appropriate rating is being prepared, ”said he said Deputy Prime Minister.

Key criteria for the rating are the level of satisfaction of citizens with the created conditions for physical education and sports, the share of citizens who are systematically involved in physical education and sports, the level of provision of sports facilities, the creation of an affordable environment for people with limited health, the implementation of the presidential of Russia, the effectiveness of working with digital services (“State Services” and GIS Sports), and the timely creation of objects of sports and objects other.

In 2024, the rating leaders were Lipetsk region, Volgograd region, Samara region, Khabarovsk Territory, Sakhalin Region.

Also at the meeting, reports of representatives of the Kostroma region and the Trans -Baikal Territory were heard. The issues of delays in the construction of sports facilities were previously raised by the ONF at a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

The Minister of Sports, Chairman of the Olympic Committee of Russia Mikhail Degtyarev said that in 2025, in the framework of the Federal Project “Development of Physical Culture and Mass Sports”, the introduction of 36 capital construction facilities was planned, of which 31 have been transferred from last year. Additionally, subsidies were provided for the creation of non -capital objects in the amount of 7.4 billion rubles.

According to him, in the framework of the project “Business Sprint (I choose sports)”, public-private partnerships are being implemented, and the introduction of 29 objects is planned in total.

“In the 71st region, we record a steady increase in the expenses of regions on mass sport, including the purchase of equipment, the maintenance of objects, the conduct of measures and the remuneration of specialists. These directions give a visible result, while capital construction and repair is a more delayed, but strategically important effect, ”said Mikhail Degtyarev.

According to the presidential decree, the National Center for Sports Medicine FMBA was created. Tatyana Yakovleva, First Deputy Head of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, spoke about the priority areas of his work. Among them is the development of a system of escorting persons involved in adaptive sports, including participants and veterans of SV. In 2020–2025, FMBA conducted such athletes more than 18 thousand in -depth medical examinations.

“In Bashkortostan, 2.3 million people are systematically engaged in physical education and sports. This indicator grew from 45% in 2019 to 62% in 2024. Over the past four years, the volume of financing of the sports industry has almost doubled – from 5.2 billion to 9.6 billion rubles. We strive to ensure that in each of our municipal districts, the city has a developed sports infrastructure. We are building physical education complexes, pools, covered ice rinks, stadiums, sports grounds. In terms of the construction of sports facilities and their number, Bashkortostan is among the leaders of our country, ”the head of Bashkortostan Radiy Khabirov shared his experience.
