For the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District, in the framework of the Fedproject “Formation of a Comfortable Urban Environment”, a separate competition was organized, which is held on behalf of the President of Russia. From the moment of its launch, 184 winning projects have been selected, of which 55 have already been implemented.
This year, the fourth competition of the best projects for creating a comfortable urban environment for the Far Eastern Federal District was already held. 103 applications were submitted to it, and 54 projects from 11 regions of the district were recognized as winners. These projects will receive grants for implementation in the amount of 20 million to 300 million rubles. Thanks to them, key public spaces will be transformed – parks, embankments and squares – in different parts of the Far East.
So, for example, in the Sakhalin Region, in Kholmsk, it was landscaped in the world on the project “Marine Symphony”. There, an amphitheater was created for 200 seats, a pedestrian promenade with a sea view and the art-sheet “Wave”. Pandules and tactile tiles for low -mobility citizens are also installed.
In Dolinsk, a sports park “Amber” with simulators, amphitheater and bike paths appeared. The facility used energy -saving lighting and modern coatings. The park is equipped for people with disabilities.
In Buryatia in the village of Sotnikovo, an all -season space of “Hiya Morin” was created with elements of local culture. A covered platform, an amphitheater scene and a recreation area were built. During construction, experts used energy -efficient technologies and installed playgrounds.
In addition, in the field of integrated development of territories in the Far Eastern Federal District, 116 territories were determined with a total area of more than 2.1 thousand hectares with a urban planning potential of 11.3 million square meters. m. In the implementation stage there are 48 territories with an area of almost 704 hectares.
