On the agenda: on the results of the visit to Kyrgyzstan, on the reimbursement of consumer expenses for the purchase of electricity in new regions, on the training of the education system for the new school year.

M.Mushin: Good morning, dear colleagues!

Last week, a working trip to Kyrgyzstan took place. We held thorough negotiations with the leadership of the republic. We examined in detail the issues of further expansion of bilateral trade and economic cooperation, as well as the course of implementing joint projects in industry, transport sector, energy, including peaceful atom. Particular attention was paid to the development of cooperation in the scientific and technical field, humanitarian issues.

In Cholpon-Ata, the second meeting of the Eurasian Interior Council this year also took place. Let me remind you, on January 1, the union turned ten years old. The president emphasized that during this time the economic potential of the Five has significantly strengthened. With our partners, we agreed to more actively form general markets for drugs, medical devices to ensure their quality and safety for citizens. The relevant concepts were approved by us.

They accepted the program for the development of exchange trading – in the general exchange market of goods – within the framework of the Union. Its implementation will open additional opportunities for the business of our countries, will expand the use of national currencies in mutuals.

The plan for the implementation of the coordinated transport policy of the Union states was also updated.

They affected the topics of customs control of the cost of goods, a climatic agenda, the formation of a common labor market, the introduction of modern technologies into priority industries.

Colleagues, all the agreements achieved during the visit, of course, must be carried out in a timely manner, high -quality. Keep in personal control these issues and communicate with your colleagues in the EAEU countries.

A few words about the support of our regions.

We continue the systemic work on the social and economic development of new Russian entities, their complete integration into a single space of the country. This task was set for us by the president.

To do this, we sequentially strengthen the electric grid farm there. The power supply directly depends on it as houses and apartments, and enterprises. This year, the network was already united into one organization in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions. This made it possible to significantly increase the intensity of overhaul and equipment updates. The material and technical support of local specialists, including equipment, was also improved. In total, over 10 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes.

It was decided to send another 1.5 billion rubles to reimburse consumer expenses for the purchase of electricity.

We expect that thanks to this extent at the disposal of industry enterprises and the service sector there will remain more working capital – while maintaining the necessary level of reliability of the entire electric power complex.

Another very significant topic.

Very soon, September 1, is the Day of Knowledge. Educational institutions of all Russian regions will open their doors for millions of our schoolchildren, students.

Of course, it is very important that the guys throughout the country study with interest and in modern conditions, with good equipment.

For this, now in the framework of the national project “Youth and Children”, we are carrying out overhaul of schools and build new ones. At the same time, we pay significant attention to the development of educational and educational spaces.

Last year, over 40 thousand Russian schools accepted 18.5 million children, of which more than 130 were completely new and well equipped with appropriate equipment.

We also upgrade colleges and technical schools. Now more and more young people want to get a profession earlier and start working.

D. Fchenserenko: Dear Mikhail Vladimirovich!

The preparation of the education system for the new school year is in accordance with your order on schedule. It will finally end by August 29. And it is called, as you said, to ensure modern and safe conditions in all educational institutions of the country – from kindergartens to universities.

For this, firstly, in Russia, on behalf of President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, in the framework of the national projects “Youth and Children” and “Family” there is an active creation of the infrastructure of kindergartens, schools and systems of STRs and universities. And today 1732 kindergarten has been commissioned – this is about 250 thousand places. By 2030, at least 100 kindergartens will be built.

This year, by the beginning of autumn, in different parts of the country, we will open 43 new schools for another 40 thousand places, and by 2030 they will be built at least 150. as well as 12 advanced schools in different regions of the country. Moreover, three of them, for 2.2 thousand places – in the Novgorod, Ryazan and Pskov regions – should be built until the end of 2027.

Second. On behalf of the president, a program for the overhaul of kindergartens and schools is being implemented, according to which by September 1 837 kindergartens and 491 schools will be repaired.

Third. In the framework of the federal project “Professor” we are conducting large -scale work on the overhaul of colleges. Until the end of the year, 77 objects will be repaired, and in the next – about 200 more.

Today, by the way, “professional”, you noted this – a key driver of the development of secondary vocational education in Russia, 60% of school graduates choose colleges to obtain a demanded working specialty.

In Russia, there are already 506 clusters in the most popular areas with a reference to the specifics of the regions and with the participation of 2.5 thousand industrial partners.

This year, thanks to yours, Mikhail Vladimirovich, the support of another 13 clusters for six industries in the new and border regions have been launched. Next year, 95 more throughout the country will join the already created clusters. They are already selected.

Fourth. We pay special attention to issues of infrastructure development of universities. And here the key project is the creation of a network of modern campuses that will provide comfortable living conditions, study and work for students, young researchers, and scientists.

Today, on behalf of the president, 25 such projects with a total area of more than 3 million square meters are already being implemented. m. These are more than 76 thousand places for students and teachers. And by 2036, the number of campuses should increase to 40.

And already this year, the Ministry of Education and Science will determine the remaining 15 projects, we will coordinate them with you.

Mikhail Vladimirovich, according to your assignment, we actually monitor the implementation of each project in the daily mode. And we know that your monitor in the office also has this relevant information.

In addition to the construction of campuses today, more than 3 thousand university and scientific objects have already been overhaul. Their total area is more than 3.5 million square meters. m. This includes 1 thousand dormitories, which allows you to improve living conditions for 420 thousand students.

Of course, as you said, parents and children are also actively preparing for the beginning of the new school year.

On the cost of school sets, we not only traditionally connected the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Ministry of Industry and Trade to the season, but also organized feedback from parents through the public services portal with the help of the Ministry of Construction.

Mikhail Vladimirovich, under your chairmanship, took place several very important meetings at which solutions were developed to improve the quality of education and training of engineering personnel.

All of them formed the basis of the project for the development of education until 2036 – we prepare this key document on behalf of the president.

The project was discussed with experts, legislators, scientists and teachers. And an important milestone in working on the strategy will be the upcoming All -Russian Pedagogical Congress. It will be held on August 19 at the National Center “Russia”.

Mikhail Vladimirovich, keep the situation in control in order to complete the preparation for the new school year with qualitatively and on time.

All events must be completed on time so that children, students come to comfortable modern schools, educational institutions and study in professionally organized conditions.
