News – Government of Russia

Until 2030, on behalf of President Vladimir Putin, 50 bypasses of settlements will be built on behalf of President Vladimir Putin. In particular, according to the National Project Infrastructure for Life, only on the regional road network this year, work is underway to build four such facilities with a total length of more than 30 km, said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“Roads of cities play an important role in unloading a street network and increasing traffic safety. They allow you to withdraw transit transport outside settlements, which reduces traffic jams, reduces noise level and improves the environmental situation. Thanks to such decisions, drivers do not have to waste time on slow travel through the city, and residents receive more calm and comfortable streets. Until 2030, on behalf of the President of Russia by the Rosavtodor, Avtodor Group of Companies, regions are planned to build more than 50 bypasses of settlements. Of which, about 36 cities of cities will be built on federal roads. No less large -scale work is carried out on the regional network: out of 14 planned rounds of settlements, six were built and put into operation in the framework of the national project. “The infrastructure for life“ is maintained at four facilities: in the Perm Territory, the Astrakhan and Pskov regions, the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania. As a result of the input of objects, we will receive not only alternative ways for motorists, but also create the possibility of sustainable development of urban infrastructure, ”said Marat Khusnullin.

The bypasses of settlements help in the creation and optimization of transport routes, allowing you to remove transit freight flow outside the residential areas and reduce the load on the road network.

“This year, two significant regional facilities have already been commissioned. So, the construction of the northwest bypass of the city of Kemerovo with a length of 47.6 km was completed. It was able to build it in three years instead of the planned six years. Another important project is the second stage in the construction of the bypass of Ruzaevka in the Republic of Mordovia. The length of the new road was 4.1 km. These measures have significantly unloaded the road network of settlements from transit transport, which made it possible to improve the quality of life of people and positively affect the environmental situation, ”said the Minister of Transport Andrei Nikitin.

According to the national project “Infrastructure for Life”, not only new rounds are built, but also updated existing ones.

“The update and maintenance of cities in a good transport and operational condition is also an important task of the national project“ Infrastructure for life “. Only in the current road season, work on repair, overhaul and reconstruction go to 34 such facilities. Their total extension is 102.1 km,” said Igor Kostyuchenko, deputy head of the Federal Road Agency.

In the Pskov region, the construction of the northern bypass of Pskov continues. Its length will be 8.7 km. At the moment, the construction readiness of the second launch complex is 22%. Bypass will become the most important link in the region’s transport system. It will connect the regional and federal highways: Pskov-Gdov-Slantsy-Kingisepp-Kugarokino-Krakois and A-212 Pskov-Izborsk-border with the Estonian Republic. In addition, the bypass will provide convenient access to the special economic zone “MOSTNO”, which will positively affect the industrial potential of the Pskov region.

In the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, a detour of the village of Arhonskaya length of 7.1 km will be built. It will be associated with the regional highway Vladikavkaz-Ardon-Chikola-Lesken-2, which connects the four districts of North Ossetia and is the main transport corridor for freight and passenger transport in the republic. The project includes the construction of a bridge over the Giseldon River with a length of 92.3 SOG. m and two overpasses – at the intersection with the main route at the entrance to the village and at the intersection with the inter -municipal road Archonskaya – BMK – Khumalag – “Caucasus”.

In addition to the construction of new rounds of settlements, much attention is paid to the modernization of existing ones. In the Republic of Adygea, the Maikop detachment section of 5 km is repaired. The road connects the regional road Maykop-Giaginskaya-Psebai-Zelenchukskaya-Karachaevsk and two federal highways: Maykop-Tuapse and R-217 “Caucasus”. In addition, a Maykop bypass is a key transport artery not only for local residents, but also for guests of the republic, as this is part of the tourist route to the Black Sea coast. Also on the highway you can get to the mountain attractions of the region.
