Deputy Chairman of the Government Vitaly Savelyev visited the site of the design and educational intensity “Archipelago-2025”, which takes place as part of the International Forum “Unmanned Systems: Technologies of the Future”, organized on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This is the largest event in Russia for developers, manufacturers and operators of unmanned and robotic systems. This year, the event is held on the territory of the Skolkovo Innovation Center.
The Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the exhibition of unmanned aircraft systems (BAS), and also held a meeting on the development of the BAS industry-the Minister of Transport Andrei Nikitin, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Education and Science, the Ministry of Construction, the Ministry of Transport, the Federal Air Transport Agency, and manufacturers and operators of unmanned aviation systems took part in it.
Vitaly Savelyev noted the importance of such events that allow you to collect key representatives of the high -tech industry on one site to discuss topical issues and develop joint decisions. Participants discussed successful regional practices for the use of unmanned aviation systems in various sectors of the economy (agriculture, delivery, monitoring activity).
The deputy chairman of the government emphasized that it is necessary to scale successful examples to other regions, and also dated in detail on the regulation of the industry.
“In terms of the formation of a regulatory legal framework for the use of unmanned aviation systems, Russia is located among the countries of the industry, by a number of decisions, ahead of the United States and China, which also follow the path of allocation of a separate air space to simplify the flights of the BAS. Let me remind you that last week, the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation has established airspace class N. This decision simplifies the integration of the BAS into the airspace in all regions of the Russian Federation and their operation in the conditions of growing demand for use in various industries. The Ministry of Transport of Russia and the Federal Air Transport Agency did a lot of work – the draft resolution was agreed with all law enforcement agencies and federal executive bodies. “H“ He became the fourth grade in the airspace of Russia – it still had classes A, C and G, ”said Vitaly Savelyev.
