You have been heading a company that has been providing domestic automakers for the 15th year for the 15th year: trucks, buses, cars and other equipment. Starting from the idea of the product, develop parts, components to serial release. This is very important, especially when many manufacturers, including auto components, left our market. All this is a significant element of import substitution and acquisition of technological sovereignty.
The president emphasized repeatedly the need to recreate the industry of auto components after the departure of European, Japanese and South Korean manufacturers. Tell us in more detail how the work goes, what achievements are.

K. Pavlov: The company “Ar Xi Er” operates about 800 people, 14 thousand square meters. m of production areas, more than 300 items of products. And our pride is 30 own patents for auto components. We work with all the largest manufacturers of trucks and buses in Russia: KAMAZ, GAZ, KAVZ, PAZ, NAST. Any manufacturer over 14 tons is our consumer.
Despite this difficult period, in front of us, manufacturers of auto components, very good prospects are opened. Many car factories are trying to open production sites on the territory of the Russian Federation, and their first task is the localization of auto components. In this, of course, the government decree on the accrual of points helps us a lot. And we are simply forced in a good sense of the word to automate and robotic production.

M.Mushin: Since you localize well -proven models, what does your company are doing now to build your own production? What advanced developments do you introduce?
K. Pavlov: We introduce robotic welding complexes, automatic lines of cold and hot stamping and automatic robotic complexes along the mechobotka. At the same time, it is necessary, unfortunately, so far to buy Chinese – they have not found a Russian analogue – automatic aggregate machines.
M.Mushin: Now we are implementing the federal project for the development of machine tools, and allocated significant funds for it. Unfortunately, many competencies were still in the Soviet Union, let’s say, lost. But today there is a serious development, including the center of competencies in machine tool production. It is probably very important that companies like yours are customers for these new technologies.
It’s not easy to do it quickly. And of course, it is necessary that a certain clusterization of those who use these technologies, including can help in the industrial issue of this level of mechanisms, machines, machines, take place.
It is very important to use all the most advanced today. We also actively operate industrial terms of competencies, where we are engaged in support for software development, which should replace those programs that are not supported more, have gone one way or another.
