The first meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission was held, which will form a list of treatment facilities financed as part of the federal project “Water of Russia”. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev instructed to complete the first selection until the end of August.

“From this year, the implementation of the national project“ Environmental well -being ”has begun. Within the framework of it, regions are working on the federal project “Water of Russia”, which should cover almost all large rivers of our country. Events have a different focus – depending on the needs of the territories. Among them, of course, the continuation of the construction of treatment facilities. We qualitatively changed the approach to selection. Now there is a whole set of criteria that take into account the contribution of the event to the general indicators of the federal project, as well as the principle of budgetary efficiency. And of course, we take into account the accumulated experience in the implementation of Fedroektov in the previous cycle, ”said Dmitry Patrushev.

Prior to reaching the selection, projects are considered by the Federal Project by the Ministry of Natural Resources specially created on the site of the Ministry of Natural Resources. The region must receive his recommendation. This will avoid ineffective use of federal budget funds. The presented design solutions are understood in detail from the point of view of the validity of the declared capacity of the object, the advisability of using specific equipment.

The selection criteria include the received comprehensive environmental permit or the applied application for its receipt, and the completion of the work cannot be planned later than December 1, 2030. At the same time, in the framework of the work of incident No. 55 “treatment facilities”, which is headed by Dmitry Patrushev, it was also fixed that the object is considered completed only after receiving the conclusion of Rosprirodnadzor on the entering the regulatory parameters of drainage.

At the first stage, six applications were selected with positive recommendations of this advice. Devilment structures will be built on rivers such as Angara, Kama, Tobol, Volga, Urals.

The federal project “Water of Russia” was created by decree of the President as part of the national project “Environmental well -being”. The measures within the framework of the Fedproekt include the construction and reconstruction of treatment facilities, clearing riverbeds, improving the condition of lakes and reservoirs, building reservoirs, conducting more than 20 thousand volunteer measures to clean the shores of garbage.

The incident No. 55 “Control structures” was created on June 15, 2024 to coordinate the construction and reconstruction of treatment facilities implemented as part of the Ecology National Project, as well as ensuring the functioning of these structures with the achievement of the standard vehicle cleaning parameters. Currently, work at 145 facilities in 19 regions is being considered.
