As part of the meeting of the Federal Staff, they discussed the course of execution of the instructions of the President of Russia to connect to GAZ of households, including on the territory of horticultural non -profit partnerships (SNT) located in settlements and social facilities in the first half of 2025, and also determined the work plan for the second half of the year.
“The president instructed until 2030 to conduct natural gas in 1.6 million households. An additional task has been set to dog partnerships, ”Alexander Novak recalled, opening a meeting of the headquarters.
In total, from the beginning of the program of the Dressification Program in 2021, over 1.5 million gas connection agreements were concluded. The technical ability to connect was created for more than 1.6 million households. More than 1.3 million contracts were executed to the boundaries of land plots of consumers. 1047 contracts were concluded with medical and educational institutions.
According to the Ministry of Energy, the number of households that received the technical ability to conduct gas in 2025 increased by 223 thousand. More than 200 thousand houses were included in the Planning SCTS, 43 thousand contracts have already been concluded, more than 8,650 of them have been executed, more than 3.7 thousand gas connections were completed in the house. The process of inventory of SNT and the registration of residential buildings in property continues, which is a prerequisite for obtaining the possibility of conducting gas in them.
The head of the Republic of Mari El Yuri Zaitsev and the acting head of the Tambov region, Yevgeny Pervyshov, reported on the progress in the regions. They reported on the implementation of scheduled indicators of gas in the household, continuing the work on the duplication of SNT and measures to support preferential categories of citizens during gas to the house.
The Deputy Prime Minister instructed the authorities of the subjects to pay attention to the need to increase the number of gas launches to residential buildings. The heads of regional gasification headquarters are ordered to evaluate the level of use of funds allocated to support preferential categories of citizens for gas.
Also, Alexander Novak paid special attention to the need to intensify the work on the Dressification of SNT, taking into account the high potential of the dumping of garden partnerships located within the boundaries of settlements.
