Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak held a meeting on the implementation of the national project “Effective and Competitive Economics” in terms of increasing labor productivity and the development of small and medium -sized enterprises.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the federal and regional authorities, the Bank of Russia, public business associations, and SME Corporation JSC.

Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development reported on the current status of the implementation of federal projects “Labor Production” and “Lesser and Medium Entrepreneurship and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative” that are included in the structure of the national project and reported the implementation of key indicators of these projects.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the process of involving industrial enterprises, small and medium -sized businesses and social institutions in the implementation of the project to increase labor productivity and plans until the end of 2025. It was noted that the training of employees of enterprises of various regions continues to be led techniques. Boxing solutions are being prepared for the growth of labor productivity in the social sphere organizations, followed by the replication of the best practices.

The President set a national goal – by the end of 2030, to cover with initiatives to increase labor productivity all state and municipal institutions of the social sphere, as well as at least 40% of medium and large enterprises of the basic and non -resource sectors of the economy. By 2030, labor productivity should grow by 20% to the level of 2024.

“The growth of labor productivity is a competitive advantage of the Russian economy. Its increase in all key areas should be a national idea, ”said Alexander Novak.

The representative of the Ministry of Economic Development spoke about the MSP sector support measures used as part of support for entrepreneurial initiative. We are talking about preferential lending, the provision of umbrella guarantees of the SME Corporation, microloans, the construction of industrial and business parks, an increase in the volume of procurement from small and medium-sized businesses by state-owned companies and large businesses. A program was also presented to provide subsidies to Russian SMEs to compensate for part of the costs of placing securities on the stock exchange and on investment platforms. The selection of projects under this program should be completed by August 1.

The Deputy Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education to analyze the current state of training of specialists to improve labor productivity and submit proposals for improving such programs based on professional standards. To form professional standards in this area, as well as industry programs, to evaluate the personnel need with the participation of the business community. The Ministry of Economic Development is instructed to work out the parameters for assessing the implementation of the federal project for the growth of labor productivity this year and then quarterly.

In addition, the Ministry of Economic Development was instructed to coordinate with the business community a methodology for evaluating the implementation of the federal project “Small and Medium Entrepreneurship and supporting individual entrepreneurial initiative”. Alexander Novak instructed to submit new proposals to business public associations and authorities to support the support measures of SMEs from the point of view of high -quality sector growth and increase income per employee higher than GDP growth by 2030.
