As part of a working trip to the Khabarovsk End, the deputy chairman of the government, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President to the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev, visited the UAC PJSC-Komsomolsky-on-Amur Aviation Plant named after Yu.A. Gagarina (KNAAZ) and the Production Center of PJSC Yakovlev, where Superjet-100 is assembled, and also visited the investment site for the production of the Baikal aircraft and got acquainted with the work of the Amur shipbuilding plant OSK. On a trip, the Deputy Prime Minister was accompanied by the Governor of the Khabarovsk Territory Dmitry Demeshin.

At Knaaz, Yuri Trutnev examined the new workshop of titanium alloys, aggregate-assembly production, including the final assembly of the Su-35S and Su-57 aircraft, and the construction of new objects of the flight test station. The implementation of the project for the construction of facilities, new industrial capacities on KNAZ are necessary to increase the serial production of fifth -generation aircraft. The deputy prime minister was demonstrated by the areas in which work is underway in the framework of cooperation: according to the imported Superjet-100 and MS-21.

In the technology and complex of the production center of PJSC Yakovlev, Yuri Trutnev demonstrated the first in Russia line for the production of doors for the imported version of Superjet – earlier these units were released abroad. Doors made on the new line meet the most modern aviation security standards. On the basis of the Technocomplex, a center of specialization for the production of doors for other Russian civilian aircraft is created.

In the final assembly workshop, the director of the production center Andrei Soonyov spoke about the current work and prospects of the enterprise. The center, which works more than 1 thousand people, is preparing for the serial production of fully imported Superjet-100 aircraft. The production modernization program provides for the expansion of the final assembly workshop for the organization of a direct-flow conveyor and the construction of a new hangar of a flight test station. The production capacities of the updated enterprise will amount to at least 20 Superjet-100 aircraft per year.

“The supply of domestic aircraft for aviation transportation in the Far East is our priority task. We, like no one else, understand the need to connect the cities of our region. The company “Yakovlev“ has already entered into an agreement on the supply of the superjudes of the “airline” Aurora, and we will attach all our forces to fulfill this order, ”Andrei Soinov emphasized.

As part of a trip to Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Yuri Trutnev visited the investment site created for the integrated center for the development of regional and unmanned aviation and the production of light-engine multi-purpose aircraft “Baikal”. The construction of the production building for the assembly of the Baikal aircraft with the necessary engineering infrastructure is carried out on the territory of advanced development in the immediate vicinity of the Zemgi airfield and the capacities of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). Work on the site is planned to be completed until the end of 2025. The power for the release of the Light -Motor -Town Aircraft “Baikal” began to be built in January 2024. The project is implemented on behalf of the President of the country Vladimir Putin and as part of the long-term plan for the development of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, whose events are part of the master plan of the city. Currently, the work of the zero cycle on the formation of the land is being completed, the filling of foundations continues. The total area of ​​buildings and structures will be almost 10.4 thousand square meters. m. The complex will produce up to 20 aircraft per year. 80 jobs will be created.

The developer of the Baikal aircraft is the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (Uzga). The aircraft will be released by a subsidiary of Uzga – LLC Spetsaviasthnika, a resident of the Khabarovsk torus. It is planned that Baikal will be equipped with a domestic VK-800 engine. This aircraft is created to increase the transport accessibility of the remote regions of Russia and the development of local air lines. The key parameters of the aircraft were determined in accordance with the requirements of regional airlines: 2 tons of payload, flight range – 1.5 thousand km, cruising speed – 300 km/h.

Yuri Trutnev also got acquainted with the work of the Amur shipbuilding plant OSK – one of the largest enterprises of the shipbuilding profile of the Far East. During the inspection, the Deputy Prime Minister visited the slipway workshop. The enterprise management reported on under construction and promising orders. The Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the construction of the new Doc-Ponet “Amorets” of Project 65911, which was built for the own needs of the plant in the framework of the Dokovo program OSK.

Doc-ponton was laid in June 2023. Its main mission is to ensure the withdrawal of factory orders from the workshop and transfer them to the complementary pier. The enterprise performed a large amount of construction work. On the dock-ponton, the body of which is currently already gathering on an open slipway, the register of the first three blocks have been capitalized and presented to the register, and all assembly work has been completed on the fourth. In March, when the average daily temperature rises to the norm, welding work on the dock-ponton will resolve, the interconnection of the order case will continue.

The production program of the plant states the construction of a floating transport dock for the transfer of factory orders to an end -to -build base to Vladivostok and the reconstruction of the Shandor Node of the Endo Complex of the Plant. This will allow the enterprise to carry out construction The promising line of ships and ships of greater width and tonnelism than it is possible now, and to carry out the transportation of orders to the delivery base in Primorye on their own.

Yuri Trutnev discussed with the General Director of the Amur Shipbuilding Plant OSK Mikhail Borovsky issues of loading the enterprise in terms of placing orders on the slippers of the ASZ for the development and maintenance of oil and gas shelf-the vessels of the ice class. The plant already has experience in building such orders: in 2018 and 2020, the plant built and handed over to the customer (Gazprom Flot LLC) two supplies for work with semi -submarine floating installations. The constructed vessels belong to the highest class of automation and are able to perform a wide range of tasks – from the transportation of goods and people to the destruction of the consequences of natural disasters and extinguishing fires.

At the delivery base of the Amur Shipbuilding Plant, work is underway to prepare for testing a multifunctional emergency reserve vessel with a capacity of 7 MW “Kerch Strait”, which is built for work in high latitudes and has a sufficient margin of strength for swimming in freezing non-acarctic seas.

We see how the work of the Amur shipbuilding plant has changed. Earlier, the enterprise had unresolved issues.
