Maxim Oreshkin recalled that President Vladimir Putin in a message to the Federal Assembly instructed to create at least 12 advanced schools until 2030.

“The creation of such schools is planned in every Federal District on the national project“ Youth and children ”. They will contribute to the preparation of a personnel reserve for high -tech and high -tech sectors of the economy. This is not just a matter of construction of 12 more schools, it should be a strategic step into the future of our country. At a meeting of the Coordinating Council under the Government of Russia, it was decided to approve the presented concept of advanced educational organizations. It is important that within the framework of it, not only the scientific, educational and infrastructure component will be worked out, but also the issues of educational work, the training of teachers and evaluating the success of students, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The implementation of such a large -scale project requires synchronization of the efforts of all participants in the process: state, society, educational institutions and business. The Ministry of Education, together with regions, universities and social partners, is already preparing mechanisms for these changes.

Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov said that the first three flagship schools will open in the Novgorod, Ryazan and Pskov regions.

“The project to create flagship schools is not easy, but very important for our country. These will be schools for talented children in all federal districts. We plan to open the first three educational organizations on September 1, 2027. Graduates will develop domestic science and economics, and we set the task of one hundred percent employment of students in leading companies. These institutions will become methodological centers for schools of all federal districts and will distribute the best pedagogical practices, ”said Sergey Kravtsov.

Children will study in the flagship schools from 7th to 11th grade and undergo an annual assessment of knowledge, and the teacher will check the qualification. Teachers will be provided with decent wages. The creation of a network of schools involves the interchange between students and teachers of different regions.

The First Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services, Alexander Lomakin, presented information about the construction of advanced general educational organizations in the Novgorod, Pskov and Ryazan regions.
