Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak made a working trip to the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra. The Deputy Prime Minister met with the Governor of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Ruslan Kukharuk, examined the oil field and modern office objects of Gazprom Neft, got acquainted with plans to use digital double technology in the fuel and energy complex and held a meeting of the project committee on the results of the federal project of the development of hard-to-recover carbon fibers.

Alexander Novak and Governor of the Khanty -Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra Ruslan Kukharuk took part in the opening ceremony of the new multifunctional shift complex of Gazprom Neft at the field named after Alexandra Zagrin 500 km from Khanty-Mansiysk.

The building of the shift complex with an area of ​​12.5 thousand square meters. m built in a short time using advanced environmentally friendly and energy -efficient solutions. It includes residential and office parts, a two -story sports center, a food and rest area. The building will accommodate hundreds of specialists participating in the implementation of the Gazprom Neft strategic project to develop a group of deposits in the Khanty -Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra and the Tyumen region with a resource potential of about 500 million tons of oil.

“Today we successfully find solutions to overcome technological and production challenges that are facing our country. We must create the best conditions for attracting advanced specialists to the industry. The first multifunctional complex in Russia changes the idea of ​​watch in the Far North and shows that even in complete autonomy the comfort of a modern metropolis is available to employees. The Gazprom Neft approach to organizing life in autonomy will help to achieve the company’s goals for the development of a new mining center in Ugra, and will also become a model for the entire industry and increase the attractiveness of a career in the fuel and energy complex for the young generation, ”said Alexander Novak.

In Khanty-Mansiysk, the Deputy Prime Minister held a working meeting with the Governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Ugra Ruslan Kuharuk. The governor presented the socio-economic indicators of the region’s work, achievements in the implementation of large investment projects, as well as the results of the execution of measures to increase labor productivity.

Investments in the KhMAO economy in 2024 amounted to 1.7 trillion rubles, which is 3.8% higher than in 2023. The subject uses lean production tools at enterprises by the forces of federal and regional centers of competencies in the field of labor productivity. According to the results of the participation of KhMAO enterprises in the implementation of the Federal Labor Project Project in 2019–2025, the production on average increased by 60%, the process of processes decreased by 31%. The training of tools for increasing labor productivity took place 779 employees at 63 enterprises.

Also, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Governor discussed the reliability of the power supply of citizens and enterprises, the formation of electricity tariffs for various categories of consumers.

The deputy chairman of the government examined the complex of office buildings of Gazprom Neft Huntos. The company is mining in deposits in the Ugra and the Tyumen region: the Southern Licensed Territory of the Privksky deposit, the winter, Orekhovo-Urmakovsky, South, South Kinyaminsky, Malhugansk and deposit named after A. Jagrina.

He visited the center of integrated design, centers for the construction of wells and oil production, the Irtysh design office, and also got acquainted with the experience of using Gazprom Nefti technologies in geological exploration and oil production.

The Deputy Prime Minister held a meeting of the Project Committee based on the results of the implementation of the federal project “Technologies for the development of hard-to-recover hydrocarbons”. The Governor of the Khanty -Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Ugra Ruslan Kukharuk, representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Natural Resources, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Gazprom Neft took part in it.

At the meeting, the results of the implementation of the federal project “Technologies for the development of hard -to -recover hydrocarbons” were summed up. The aim of the project was the creation of profitable technologies for reconnaissance and extraction of non -traditional hydrocarbons, as well as the formation of domestic high -tech oil oil services. Participants also discussed measures to stimulate the development of hard -to -recover hydrocarbons after the completion of the federal project.
