Silicagels and silicazole are widely used in more than 30 industries. Denis Manturov noted that the first stone in the foundation of the Russilik plant was laid exactly two years ago. It was planned that the launch of the production will take place at the end of 2025, today the company begins its work ahead of schedule.
“I would especially like to note that until now, silicagel has not been produced in industrial volumes in Russia. Thus, the plant is fully provided with demand. Moreover, the products traced the capacious export potential, in view of which an investment decision on the further expansion of production has already been made. I am sure that with the support of the federal government and the administration of the Nizhny Novgorod region, all plans will be implemented. This fully meets the task of achieving technological sovereignty in the chemical industry. The profile national project is aimed at this, as you know. During a visit to the first weaving factory in the territory of a leading socio-economic development “Volodarsk”, the first deputy prime minister presented the technology for the production of fabric for rolled curtains, which was first mastered in Russia by order of the Belarusian customer. For this, the Russian company Khimprom specially developed a complex of chemicals.
With the support of the Industrial and Government Development Fund, the Nizhny Novgorod Region has implemented a large -scale investment project for import substitution in the field of light industry. This is the first textile production of the full cycle for the production of weaving and knitted paintings of large widths of synthetic and mixed threads of its own production, completely equipped with advanced equipment. The volume of investments exceeded 3.3 billion rubles. The manufactured products can be used in the work of enterprises of the light and chemical industry, in mechanical engineering. Factory capacities allow you to make up to 11 million POGs. m of finished products per year.
At the moment, the investor has already begun to develop the project of the second stage of the factory focused on the first production of polyester fiber and threads by direct forming from domestic raw materials. Production will be equipped with advanced equipment, the power for the production of finished products will be 130 thousand tons per year. The plans include an increase in the staff of working to 350 people, as well as an increase in labor productivity due to automation and digitalization.
