On May 30, 2025, in Nizhny Novgorod, at the site of the Corporate University of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (Buyno), the training of participants in the fourth stream of the Institute for Advisors on Social Changes was started. Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko, Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov and Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Gleb Nikitin talked with the participants in the event.

The project “Institute of Advisors on Social Changes” is a cross-sector free program of the People’s Front project “Region of Care” and Buyno, implemented with the support of the Government of the Nizhny Novgorod Region with the participation of the RANEPA. It unites civil servants, managers and employees of NPOs, representatives of a socially responsible business and the media and allows you to prepare leaders of changes in the social sphere.

Since the beginning of the implementation of the project, specialized training has already passed 115 people from 33 regions of Russia. More than 40 people became students of the fourth stream of training. They have to develop projects in such areas as helping adolescents in a crisis, reorganization of boarding schools, palliative assistance to children and adults, prevention of social orphanage, and many others. The main goal of learning is to help specialists to rebuild their work in such a way as to proceed from the interests of a person, using the strengths of partner organizations.

“Today we could not help but come here where they teach advisers on social changes, primarily out of respect for you and your work. As the president teaches us, in the public administration, just such direct communication helps to make wise decisions and effectively build processes. It is very important to draw up with the real situation and take into account what can even give a destructive effect if it is incorrectly interpreted and use non -presentative data. What you are doing is a great responsibility, you must be professionals of the highest level in order to fully justify the huge trust that you have provided to you. Especially in such a sphere as social changes. Of course, these changes should be positive, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

“We pay great attention to the education system, it is important that it is consistent – it begins with a kindergarten, then it continues at school, college, and university. On behalf of the President of Russia, education in our country is built on the basis of traditional spiritual and moral values. We take care that all children, including children with disabilities, have access to revealing their talents, self -realization, ”said the Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov.

According to Gleb Nikitin, the Institute of Advisors is a unique project to prepare leaders of changes in the social sphere. The educational program gives participants an impetus to the development of social innovation both in their native regions and at the federal level.

“Together with the“ Region of Care “and my adviser to Nyuta, Federmeser began to implement social changes in the field of working with people with disabilities and disability five years ago. And at the initial stage, many difficulties passed, overcoming the vindicture of the system. Some had to be forced to remember what humanity is, sometimes inability to change something when a person is changed It is bad, you are asked: how to change it? We understand it clearly: with those who constantly live in social institutions and have health restrictions, all this requires a huge heart and completely special thinking.

Today, among graduates of the Institute of Advisors of past years are already 22 specialists from the Nizhny Novgorod region. Experts in practice show how to change the work of social institutions for the better, give wards more freedom of choice, fill people’s lives with new meanings.

Director of the Department of State Policy in the field of education, additional education and children’s recreation of the Ministry of Education, Hero of Russia, participant in the “Heroes of Heroes” program, Igor Yurgin joined the words of Sergei Kravtsov and noted that it is important to remember that the participants defend the state’s value in the year of the 80th anniversary of the Fatherland. And among them, raising children, youth, helping children with disabilities is one of the main ones.

The author of the Popular Front project “Region of Care”, adviser to the Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Nyuta Federmeser emphasized that systemic changes can be introduced into the work of state institutions only with the assistance of the motivated and indifferent public and the authorities.
