In Minsk, the results of the VI Republican Professional Excellence Competition Profskills Belarus 2025 were summed up among young workers, specialists and students of secondary vocational and higher education, uniting more than 1 thousand contestants and experts from the Republic of Belarus, neighboring and far abroad countries.

Representatives of Russia participated in the business and competitive program of the competition. According to the results of the international standings, Russian contestants won 15 gold, 15 silver, 4 bronze medals: according to the competencies of the open championship of partner countries-14 gold, 11 silver, 4 bronze medals, according to the competencies of Inclusive Skills for people with disabilities and disabilities-1 gold, 4 silver medals.

Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov congratulated Russian medalists.

“Today, President Vladimir Putin emphasized that in the past few years the number of citizens who believe that young people have the necessary conditions for self -realization have increased to 80%. Professional skill competitions just contribute to this. I am pleased that our young specialists will adequately show their skills at the international level and, moreover, receive well -deserved awards. Congratulations to all participants in the Russian team who won medals at the competition in Belarus. We are proud of you, we wish you further development and new victories in competitions in professional skill, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The Deputy Prime Minister also added that in Russia such championships are held thanks to the federal project “Professor”, which has been implemented from this year as part of the national project “Youth and Children”. Until May 30, the competitions of the first final of the Championship “Professionals” in Nizhny Novgorod are taking place. Currently, the qualifying stage of the National Championship “Abilimpix” is also underway, the names of the finalists will become known on August 1.

Russia at the competition in Minsk was represented by participants, winners and prize -winners of various stages of events of the All -Russian Championship in Professional Movement and Abilimpix Championships, whose federal operator is the Institute for the Development of Professional Education.

In total, the delegation from Russia included 32 competitors for 29 competencies of the open championship of partner countries and 5 competitors for 5 competencies of Inclusiveskills for persons with disabilities and disabilities.
