Denis Manturov held a meeting to restore the injured areas of the Belgorod, Kursk and Bryansk regions
The First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov held a meeting on the development of a program of comprehensive restoration of the injured areas of the Kursk, Belgorod and Bryansk regions. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin on May 22 at a meeting with government members instructively prepare the program.
At a meeting with a report on the development of the program, the Minister of Economic Development Maxim Reshetnikov made. The event was also attended by representatives of federal executive bodies. The Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Bryansk Region Alexander Bogomaz and the acting governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Hinshtein, attended a meeting in video conference mode.
The paramount task during the meeting indicated ensuring the safety of territories that have to be restored. In this regard, the stage of work on the implementation of the complex recovery program will be synchronized, among other things with clearance measures.
The sectoral departments were instructed to jointly hang out data on the facilities of multi-apartment and individual housing, transport, energy, housing and communal infrastructure, as well as communication facilities, healthcare, education, culture and sports, social support, which are subject to repair or restoration. Based on the results of the analysis, priority measures will be determined, the work on which will begin immediately.
A separate block of the program being developed will be devoted to the restoration of the economy. According to the results of the meeting of the head of the regions, together with the Ministry of Economic Development, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Agriculture, will form a list of industry, agriculture enterprises, as well as SMEs that need help with restoration.
Denis Manturov noted that, as part of the president’s order, the formation of the program must be completed in an extremely short time, synchronizing this work with the current budget process.
