In Russia, the construction of the Dyurtyuli -Achit highway continues. It is carried out in three stages in the territories of the Republic of Bashkortostan, Perm Territory and the Sverdlovsk region. Today, experts are completing work on the bridge over the Malaya Sarana River – the largest artificial structure of the second stage, held in the Perm Territory, said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.

“The Dyurtyuli-Achito road will become part of one of the country’s significant transport arteries-the M-12 high-speed highway“ East “to Yekaterinburg. The highway gives an impetus to the socio-economic development of not only the regions through which it passes, but the whole country. Moreover, it produces a huge effect on the development of domestic tourism, the creation of new logistics routes, which significantly improves the quality of life. The opening of the M-12 from Moscow to Kazan in December 2023 has already been recorded by more than 35 million driveways, which clearly confirms the demand for the road among motorists. Of the four spans, it relies on five supports, the height of which reaches 21 m. Now the builders have begun final work, they are completed by the strengthening of cones with monolithic concrete and the installation of the transport security system was carried out in two shifts.

The Deputy Prime Minister added that 3.5 thousand tons of Russian-made metal structures were used to build the bridge extension structure. The volume of reinforced concrete structures of foundations and supports amounted to about 7.4 thousand cubic meters. m. In addition, 6.7 thousand square meters were used. m of imported bitumen and bitumen-polymeric materials, glow waterproofing, and 1.2 thousand m of domestic barrier fencing were installed.

According to the head of the state-owned company “Avtodor” Vyacheslav Petushenko, during construction and installation works, the technology of the longitudinal band of the proceeding was used, which allows it to build it without the device of temporary supports.

“The span building was collected using cranes on a slippery site directly on the river bank, then the structure was approaching the supports using rolling and traction devices. Thanks to this, we managed to reduce the time of work, since the installation of the extensive structure and the construction of the bridge supports were carried out at the same time. The artificial structure is not only built using modern engineering solutions, but also meets strict safety and reliability requirements. Here we organize the control point of transport security, we will fenger the bridge supports. To observe the roadway and the perostate space, we install 36 video cameras. In addition, for the operational informing of motorists, the bridge will be equipped with a system of loud -speaking alert, ”said Vyacheslav Petushenko.

In total, at the second stage of the Dyurtyuli -Achit road, 30 artificial structures are located in the Perm Territory: 7 bridges, 10 tunnel -type eco and 13 overpasses.
