“Bilateral cooperation has been established in various fields, including scientific and technological. A memorandum was concluded on the implementation of the project to create a center of nuclear science and technology in Vietnam. The Khana branch of the Pushkin Institute of Russian Language will actively develop. We will also continue to equip a joint Russian-Vietnamese tropical center. And our joint Russian-Vietnamese tropical center, which today has accepted the ship, enables the scientific teams of our countries to work in these places. Thus, we are opening up new opportunities for our scientists, ”said Konstantin Mogilevsky.

The decision on the transfer of NIS to the Tropical Center was made in January 2025-the intergovernmental agreement between the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia and the Ministry of Defense of Vietnam was signed in Hano in the presence of the Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin and the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam Fam Min Tinya.
