Deputy Chairman of the Government Alexander Novak held a meeting of the Government Commission on the development of electric power industry. It was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Industry, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Antimonopoly Service and other relevant departments, managers and representatives of energy companies, industry and business associations.
It was decided to build a steam -based installation with a capacity of 150 MW at the site of the Krasnodar TPP, as well as gas turbine installations with a total capacity of 160 MW at the Dzhubgin TPP. This will ensure the reliability of the operation of the energy systems of the south of Russia in conditions of energy consumption. It is planned that the power unit at the Dzhubgin TPP will begin the supply of power from January 1, 2030, and the unit with a steaming installation at the Krasnodar TPP – from July 1, 2028. During construction, Russian -made equipment will be used.
According to the results of the commission, a decision was made to build generating facilities based on renewable energy sources in the East of the East OES in volume up to 1700 MW, as well as for the conduct of the corresponding competitive selection of investment projects to meet the growing demand for electricity.
Competitive selection for the construction of heat generation facilities with a volume of 445 MW will be held in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Territories.
It was also decided, in the framework of the implementation of the goals to achieve technological sovereignty, to approve the further implementation of the project for equipping domestic innovative gas turbines of the Saratov TPP-2 and the Perm TPP-14, taking into account the updating of technical and economic conditions.
