In the children’s center “Korsun” – a branch of the Artek International Children’s Center – a plenary meeting of the All -Russian meeting for the heads of executive bodies of state power of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation responsible for management in the field of education was held. The event was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko and Minister of Education Sergey Kravtsov.

Dmitry Chernyshenko, speaking at the meeting, noted the symbolism of the event in Sevastopol, the city of Russian naval glory. He emphasized that the valor shown by the defenders of Sevastopol during the Crimean and World War II was forever inscribed in the history of military glory of Russia.

The Deputy Prime Minister also noted that on the eve of the Victory Day and on the year of the defender of the Fatherland, it is important to remember the exploits of the heroes of the past and the present, so that they become an example of honor, dignity and love for their homeland.

“The disclosure of the potential of youth, the realization of its capabilities and the education of patriots are the national goal set by President Vladimir Putin. On the way to this purpose, the country faces various challenges, such as value threats, demographic risks and technological changes. The education system, according to the head of state, should be a support for the scientific and technological breakthrough that our country needs not only to maintain sovereignty at all levels, but also to achieve technological leadership. Russia is included in the ten leading countries in the quality of education and in the TOP-8 states in terms of scientific research. This is a very competitive environment, and we need to try hard with you in order to strengthen and save this leadership, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that at the beginning of the year, strategic and district sessions were held in all subjects, at which they discussed and formed proposals from the regions in the project of the strategy text. In total, more than 1 thousand sentences were collected and processed.

Dmitry Chernyshenko expressed gratitude to the Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov for the effective organization of this work. He noted that strategic documents in the field of education are created in such a way that the sphere itself contributes. During these sessions, key challenges were formulated and, most importantly, the goal, mission, vision and values ​​of the education system.

As part of the meeting, Dmitry Chernyshenko spoke about the creation of a reference system of indicators for the education sector, which will become the basis for managerial decisions.

He emphasized that the need to build such a system is due to the fragmentation of indicators, research and statistical data that currently exist in the field of education. The new approach will allow you to receive systematized and unified data.

“Work on creating a reference system of indicators for the field of education is carried out on behalf of the Government Chairman Mikhail Mishustin. A special project will be deployed on the basis of the coordination center of the government, which should fully characterize the education system at all levels, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The Deputy Prime Minister noted that as a result of the analysis of the variety of indicators used in the field of education, the project developers revealed over 25 thousand criteria. “It is obvious that no person can realize 25 thousand parameters,” he added, emphasizing the importance of creating convenient and understandable analytical panels.

The results of joint work at the All -Russian meeting will form the basis of the measures of measures to implement the development strategy, determining the further steps for the development of the industry.

Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov expressed gratitude to representatives of all constituent entities of the Russian Federation, who took an active part in the project “Living Memory of Grateful Generations” in the year of the defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of Victory. He also proposed actively inviting students to participate in celebrations dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, including the Immortal Regiment campaign.

“This action should be held in every school, in person or online. It is also important to participate in the project “without a statute of limitations” and communication with veterans, ”the head of the department said.

In addition, Sergey Kravtsov announced the changes that are planned as part of the organization of the educational process.

“It is important that in each school, training is conducted in accordance with unified educational programs, the number of hours is clear and what students study is synchronized with a single state exam,” the minister said.

He added that in 2026 the All-Russian Olympiad of schoolchildren in robotics with assignments for UAVs will appear and the “road map” was approved for 2025–2026 on the introduction and educational support of the subject “Spiritual and moral culture of Russia” (DNKR) in schools.

The All -Russian meeting of the heads of executive bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation engaged in public administration in the field of education is held in Crimea from April 24 to 26. The event is a platform for professional dialogue, the exchange of experience and the formation of strategic solutions in the field of education. As part of the business program, practical seminars, strategic sessions are held. At the plenary meeting, the participants determined the vectors of the development of education for the coming years.

In addition, Dmitry Chernyshenko and Sergey Kravtsov were starting a year of children’s recreation in the education system, announced by the Ministry of Education for 2025. This year will become special for the federal children’s centers “Artek”, “Eaglet” and “Change”, celebrating their anniversary.
