The First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov got acquainted with the activities of industrial enterprises in Zelenograd. The First Deputy Prime Minister visited the Dose NPP, which develops and serially produces radiation control systems, as well as the resonne plus plant, which specializes in the production of printed circuit boards.
Denis Manturov examined the equipment produced by the Dose NPP, and got acquainted with the production cycle of production. In particular, he visited the radio monitoring workshop, where the rations of boards and cables are performed, the assembly and adjustment of the devices is carried out, as well as the line of production and production of large -sized equipment. The company’s products are used at all nuclear power plants and enterprises of Rosatom, atomic icebreakers, in research centers and nuclear medicine centers, and is also exported in more than 50 countries of the world. During the visit, bench tests of the Livadia-871 radiation control system for modernized atomic floating power units were demonstrated.
As part of the visit to the Reading Company, located on the territory of Alabushevo, the OEZ Technopolis Moscow, Denis Manturov got acquainted with the production of printed circuit boards. Today, Rezonit is the largest manufacturer of these products in the country, as well as one of the leading installation and assembly enterprises and produces a quarter of all printed houses in Russia. The company invests in the development and creation of domestic equipment and actively equips them with its own sites. So, in the production of Rezonit Plus, a family of machines for installing SMT components is presented in Alabushevo. This is the first domestic development of this type of equipment. In addition, the enterprise has created an automatic immersion gilding line. This stage is one of the most important and most complex technological operations in the production of printed circuit boards. The process on this line is carried out on completely Russian equipment and software using domestic chemistry.
