Deputy Prime Minister, Presidential Presidential Representative to the Far Eastern Federal District, Yuri Trutnev held a meeting on the socio-economic development of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug in Anadyr.

“According to the results of 2024, according to a number of indicators, Chukotka showed positive dynamics. Industrial production and investment in fixed assets increased by 9%, mining by 3%. The revenues of the consolidated budget increased by 6% and in 2024 amounted to 62.8 billion rubles, their own income increased by 29%, ”Yuri Trutnev opened the meeting.

Until 2030, the governor of the region Vladislav Kuznetsov reported on the key results and development plans for the Chukchi Autonomous Okrug. According to the results of 2024, the growth of Chukotka’s economy amounted to 13.8%, primarily due to the implementation of large mining projects. At the same time, in addition to the large -scale project for the development of the Baim ore zone, large deposits of gold and silver Kekur and maple, the deposit of the Bering coal basin are also mastered in the region. Thanks to such projects, highly qualified personnel arrive in the region and a reserve is created for training and professional growth of local personnel. There is also preparations for prey at three large deposits: Baimsky, Pour of the Pour of Shtokoverki and Owl.

The Chukotka Autonomous Okrug is the only region of Russia where three preferential regimes operate at the same time: the territory of the advanced development of Chukotka, the free port of Vladivostok and the regime of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation. Their residents became 97 investors with projects for 890 billion rubles. Investors of preferential regimes have already invested 390 billion rubles, 53 projects have been commissioned. More than 5 thousand new jobs have been created. In fact, in 2024, investment in projects with state support among the subjects of the Far Eastern Federal District takes the fourth place.

“There are three preferential regimes in the region. Thanks to this, a special investment climate is created. Residents come to the region. These are large companies engaged in the mining sphere, but not only. We plan to develop agriculture and develop a greenhouse, diversify the economy as much as possible, ”said Vladislav Kuznetsov.

The strategic task until 2030 is the departure from the mono -outle specialization of the region. In particular, it is planned to develop logistics and tourism. For example, last year a project was developed to create a hotel network with a number of 280 rooms in five locations (carbon minor, Egvetveinot, Providence, Anadyr, Bilibino, Pvek and S. Lavrentia). This year it is planned to determine land plots in Anadyr, Egvetskinot and Bilibin, to attract investors for the construction of hotels.

“Chukotka is a territory with difficult living conditions. Our task is to ensure the appropriate level of social infrastructure for all residents of the region, ”said Vladislav Kuznetsov.

The quality of life of people is influenced by new energy objects. In Bilibin, the construction of a federal energy center has been completed. The energy center in Bilibin represents the capacity of the Bilibinsky NPP for heat and will act as an emergency electricity source. The construction of new networks in Pvek is completed, which made it possible to increase the intensity of heat, improve the quality of water, the environmental situation in the city.

Attention is paid to food security. Three new poultry farms were launched – in bilibin, providence, Bering, self -sufficiency of the region with a chicken egg is increased to 80%. Until 2030, it is planned to increase the self -sufficiency of the region with greenhouse vegetables to 100% due to the entry of four new greenhouses in Anadyr, one greenhouse in the singing and eg -always, the modernization of the Rosinka enterprise in Bilibin. It is planned to modernize existing food plants and the construction of ten workshops for the deep processing of morznero -lane products.

The basic LTE stations installed as part of the elimination of digital inequality provided access to a mobile Internet for another 2 thousand people. By 2030, high -speed Internet will appear in Singeen, Bilibin, 70% of the remote villages will be provided with a high -speed satellite.

The district hospitals in the villages of Omolon and Rytkuchi earned, another 1 thousand people gained access to modern medical infrastructure, a long -awaited new school for 100 places in the village of Ostrovnu was introduced, and 40 children are already studying in it.

Support is received by construction companies. In 2024, more than 6 thousand square meters were built on Chukotka. m housing. First of all, residents of emergency houses receive housing. Until 2030, the construction of 45 thousand square meters is planned. m, including 326 rental apartments under the Dom.rf program by 2027.

Separately, the implementation of the master plan of Anadyr was discussed, within the framework of which four infrastructure development measures have already been completed: the construction of an apartment building on the street. Mandrikova, 20 (2023), overhaul of courtyards within the boundaries of quarters No. 8 and No. 10 in Anadyr (2024), landscaping of the territory of the city square (2024).

In the region, the mechanisms of the Far Eastern Hectare and the Far Eastern mortgage continue to operate, during the programs of the programs, 323 loan agreements were concluded, more than 1.2 thousand people received plots of land.

Separately discussed the implementation of large investment projects, including the construction of the Baim Mining and Processing Plant.
