Before we move on to the agenda of the government meeting, I want to say a few words about the decisions made in the field of tourism. No doubt, it is necessary to create more conditions for a comfortable and safe vacation, It is necessary to build places of accommodation, which meet the needs of people in the quality and level of service. Over 50 Russian entities told us about the readiness to increase the number of such objects.
It was decided to expand the program of preferential lending to the construction of tourism infrastructure, which we will implement as part of the national project “Tourism and Hospital”.

It is aimed at creating conditions for more young people to train regularly. In colleges, their share should grow by 12%, in universities – by 14%. And also this program will support the expansion of the system of sports clubs for them, which today are already about 2.5 thousand in the country and where over 1 million people are engaged in.
In addition, it is envisaged to improve the implementation of relevant disciplines in these educational institutions. The popularization of the TRP among the guys. Organization for them of physical and sporting events at various levels, including competitions between student leagues. There are more than 30 of them throughout the country – from athletics and team games to eastern martial arts. And the number of sports must be increased depending on the specifics of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
The fulfillment of the program will contribute to the strengthening of health, the harmonious spiritual and moral education of youth, which is also determined by the national objectives of development that the president set before us.

We will discuss how things are with spring agricultural work, in many regions they are already in full swing. And also – state support measures that can be needed by farmers during a sowing campaign.
As the head of state noted, this is a very crucial period when the basis of the future crop, and, therefore, the stability of the entire industry and food security of the country, is laid.
The government continues to help the farmers. Funds for such goals are also provided in the federal budget. It is important to accelerate the bringing of subsidies to our manufacturers.
It is necessary that they have everything necessary for spring field work. Including fertilizers, plant protection products, equipment, fuel and lubricants, fuel. And of course, proven, high -quality seeds of domestic selection. As has already been achieved according to grain, most of which are of Russian origin. This should be in other agricultural crops.

In this case, agricultural insurance should be increased to reduce the loss of farmers due to any changes in the weather – frost, fires, floods or droughts. Last year, almost 20% of all sown areas were first protected by the relevant agreements. And this is over 15 million hectares, which is a record number. This year, the volume of insurance with state support will increase to 7 billion rubles. So, even more agricultural producers will be able to reduce risks due to insurance payments.
Today, about 90% of winter grains in good and satisfactory condition. Therefore, we expect that spring field work will be successful. And this is not only a stable, sustainable development of the agro -industrial sector of the economy, but, as a result, a wide selection of assortment and products for our citizens.
I ask the relevant departments to monitor the prices of everything that is required by farmers for sowing. And quickly respond if necessary, helping our agricultural producers. They now have the most important period.
The next question concerns the support of our regions. First of all, those that are today in difficult conditions.
The head of state emphasized the exceptional importance of the residents of Donbass and Novorossiya now have decent conditions for life and work, so that people see prospects for themselves, their children for the future.
To do this, we build there from scratch and restore houses and roads, engineering communications, parks, schools, kindergartens. We also help to establish production and create new jobs.
Recently they combined power networks that operate in the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zaporizhzhya and Kherson regions, into a single enterprise. Which will ensure additional opportunities for the employment of local specialists, high speed of launching objects and the quality of electricity transmission. And the most important thing is an uninterrupted supply of light and heat to people.
Today we will consider the issue of the allocation of 8 billion rubles for the overhaul of substations and power lines, including the purchase of equipment, cranes, lifts and other necessary tools and machines.
We expect that such a solution will help the effective integration of our historical territories into the common space of the country. And in general, it will contribute to the socio-economic development of new Russian entities.
