The First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov made a working trip to the Chelyabinsk region and, together with Governor Alexei Texler, visited the industrial enterprises of the region.

The First Deputy Prime Minister visited the Center for Industrial Robotization, which was created jointly with the robot factory on the basis of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Robotics of South Ural State University and will be scaled in several industries. Science and production are integrated on the site. As a result, enterprises-customers receive a ready-made turnkey robotics complex. Such robotic industrial lines have already been introduced at the Chelyabinsk Kuznechny-Press Plant (ChKPZ). The founder of the Robot plant and the CEO of the ChCPZ Andrei Kartung demonstrated to the first deputy prime minister the capabilities of the center, including six-axis industrial Rusrobot manipulators with a lifting capacity of up to 120 kg and up to 60 kg, created using state support measures, as well as Russian gearboxes for their own development, serial production, serial production which begins in April of this year.

In the Chelyabinsk region, a special economic zone “Yuzhnouralskaya” was created, on the site of which it is planned to build five new high -robotic factories for the production of complex machine -building products. Including with the participation of the ChCPZ and the robot plant, the construction of the first so-called dark workshops in Russia, which do not require human participation in Russia, using Russian robots, domestic unmanned vehicles and advanced Russian IT solutions. Andrei Gartung also presented the projects of these industries to the First Deputy Prime Minister.

Denis Manturov instructed the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Education and Science to support the submitted projects, as well as the further development of scientific, production and educational cooperation in the field of robotics in the Chelyabinsk region. Recall, as part of the implementation of the national project “Means of production and automation” by 2030, Russia should take 25th place in the world in terms of density of robotization.

The First Deputy Prime Minister also visited one of the leading Russian enterprises for the production of trucks and special equipment. Today, the Ural plant produced the 1,500,000th car-Ural NEXT. Denis Manturov and Alexei Texler left their paintings on the hood of the anniversary car.

The First Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the work of the main conveyor and examined the new assembly building planned for launch in the second quarter of 2025. The new building will increase the production of laborious cars to 5.5 thousand units per year. The project is implemented with financial support from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

As part of the working trip, Denis Manturov, together with the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Bakanov, also examined the production site of the GRC Makeeva JSC, where he got acquainted with the capabilities of a comprehensive modeling stand for working out the control system, as well as complexes of vibration and vacuum-dynamics tests.
