Deputy Chairman of the Government of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko and the head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodzhi) Grigory Gurov spoke about the work of the ecosystem of social development of Dobr.rf.

“President Vladimir Putin emphasizes that mercy and support for those in need have always been present in the hearts of our people, and the fact that young people are engaged in volunteer activities is differently important. Since 2025, work to involve children in volunteer and social activities has been carried out as part of the national project “Youth and Children”. Almost 8 million users and over 130 thousand organizations have already been registered on the Dobr.rf platform, which implemented more than 100 thousand projects. We urge all volunteers to be registered on the platform. This will ensure the action of support measures of volunteers and will give guarantees of security in work, ”said Dmitry Chernyshenko.

The head of the Rosmolodzhi Grigory Gurov emphasized that over 10 years in Russia it was possible to create a powerful movement of caring people, to form a culture of participation and mutual support, to increase the share of Russians in volunteer projects from 3% to 28%. The volunteer community has become a support for the state in the socio-economic sphere.

“We create all the conditions for the development of infrastructure and support for specialized initiatives. Our mission until 2030, including within the framework of the new national project “Youth and Children” – to reveal the potential of every Russian, to educate trust and partnership between people, communities and the state. We see that all ages have the potential of civic activity: from children’s to “silver”. This also confirms the study of the All -Russian Central Executive Committee, according to which the number of Russians who are ready to engage in volunteer activities has grown from 20% to 67%, ”said Grigory Gurov.

Today, the ecosystem good.rf is the largest community in the “third sector”, which includes services for the development of civil society and the culture of mutual assistance, support of volunteering and NPOs, training, mentoring, donation, volunteer programs in schools and universities, and international cooperation programs. Dobr.rf is a national social brand created with the support of President Vladimir Putin.

The flagship projects of the ecosystem are the Pobed.rf platform, where all volunteer projects are collected, and the all -Russian project of mutual assistance #mumming, within which humanitarian missions are being implemented during emergency situations, mission in the field of education, culture, and healthcare.

“Platform tools help people choose a project to become a volunteer, and the organizers of volunteer activities are to find assistants and partners. Users can receive material and intangible measures for encouraging for their activity, undergo training, draw up volunteer books to account for hours spent in the status of a volunteer. The organizers of the events through the platform have the opportunity to look for grants or other support measures, ”said Artem Metelev, head of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy, the head of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy.

Dobr.rf also develops the program “Teaching by serving”, according to which socially oriented design training has already been conducted at 415 universities, as well as a mentor.rf project, uniting large organizations and verified mentors from different spheres. According to the Dobr. Center project, federal franchises of social assistance centers in more than 600 municipalities were opened, and with the help of an aggregator of support measures for NPOs and individuals good. Navigator created over 3.5 thousand support for about 1 thousand organizations.
