“Mastantono can be registered in the ranks of Castilla as a secondary solution, and this allows Real Madrid to keep the opportunity to move in the transfer market until the second of next September,” Gallan wrote through his account on the X platform.

He added, “But this procedure carries a risk in accordance with Article 250 of the Spanish Football Association regulations, which allows the participation of the players of the reserve team, provided that it is adhered to what was stated in the aforementioned article and Article 126 of the general regulations of the Federation.”

Gallan explained that Article 125 states that “it is not permissible for the dependency relationship between the first team and the reserve team a way to circumvent the spirit of organizational texts or to achieve a purpose other than the original purpose of that relationship.”

He added, “Any agreement that violates this principle is considered an explanation that contains fraud on the law, and therefore it is absolutely invalid.”

He continued, “I do not recommend that the player registration in the reserve team because this may be a legal fraud.

“The player registered with the number 30, although it will be used exclusively with the first team, it violates the spirit of Article 125 of the Spanish Federation regulations.”

“As a result, Real Madrid may be in violation of the illegal involvement of a player stipulated in Article 248 of the federation’s general regulations, which will lead to the implementation of the disciplinary regulations if the player involves the first team as registered with Castilla.”

Criticism of Tibas

For his part, Javier Thibbas, president of the Spanish Football League, criticized Real Madrid for this step.
