Iran is partially reopening its airspace after a ceasefire with Israel news

|

Iran re -opened its air field over the east of the country, according to the official media, after a ceasefire with Israel after a 12 -day war.

Iran closed its air field on June 13 after Israel launched strikes on the territory of the Islamic Republic, which it responded to by launching batches of missiles and aircraft flowing towards the Hebrew state.

“The airspace over the eastern half of the country was reopened in front of the international trips that cross it, and only in front of local and international flights that take off or reach airports located in eastern Iran,” the official IRNA agency quoted a spokesman for the Ministry of Transport, Majeed Brotherhood, as saying.

He added that Mashhad airport – which Israel said it had bombed during the war – was among the airports that resulted in its work.

The ceasefire entered the implementation on Tuesday.

The list of reopened airports includes Gabahar, Zahedan and Jacques.

Brothers indicated that local and international flights in other parts of Iran, including Tehran, will remain suspended “until another notice.”
