The Hind Ragab and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights filed a complaint with the International Criminal Court on Sunday after they revealed the full sequence behind the Nasser Hospital massacre committed by the Israeli occupation on August 25, 2024.
The founders said in an investigation that it was the Golani brigade that engineered and coordinated the attack under the ongoing monitoring of drones.
The investigation indicated that Major General 188 carried out the attack with guided missiles, and that senior Israeli leaders – including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – were “authorized and enabled” to carry out the attack, and the investigation confirmed that it was not an exchange of shooting, but rather a deliberate killing with the intention of genocide.
The footage and certificates confirm – according to the two institutions – that Golani operators were watching the target constantly, watching the stairs as the Reuters photographer Hossam Al -Masry was putting his direct camera daily, and they knew accurately who were present, and they were journalists wearing clear journalistic jackets and civil defense workers in their official dress, doctors, patients, and a child.
The first blow led to the killing of Al -Masry and his direct broadcast after 9 minutes, and after rescue workers and journalists gathered to help the wounded came the second strike, which shows its timing and the way it was implemented, as it was a deliberate decision to increase the losses among civilians.
The Armored Brigade 188, led by Colonel Mickey Carvit, carried out the second blow, and the criminal analysis of debris and video clips confirm the launch of two “Hat” laser -headed missiles in almost simultaneous hail of Merkava tanks, and hit the same stairs leading to a second difference.
The investigation of the two institutions indicated that the 36th Armored Division (Ja`ash) led by Brigadier Moran Omir took over the operational responsibility for the Golani Brigade and the 188th Armored Brigade in Khan Yunis, and Brigadier Omerir made a personal tour of the region in the days before the attack, where he met military leaders.
Reports confirm that the first raid on Nasser Hospital was approved specifically as an attack by a driver due to the sensitivity of the site, while the second raid – which was launched with missiles directed after just minutes – has also required his approval, and his delegation allowed the escalation that turned a fatal blow to a massacre.
The Israeli Army Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir Khan Yunis, visited a few days before the massacre, accompanied by Brigadier Omer and another brigade, and met directly by the leaders of the Golani Brigade and the 188th Brigade.
Reports indicated that Zamir, as chief of staff, was responsible for the rules of engagement, and allowed the use of double strike methods: a first blow, followed by a second blow, as soon as journalists, doctors and rescue teams rush to help the wounded.
By supporting these methods, Zamir actually established a strategy aimed at maximizing terror and death among civilians.
The analysis of the deliberate nature weapons is confirmed by the attack, as the first blow was carried out by an ammunition fired by a drone, in line with the accounts of eyewitnesses and the topical damage that claimed the life of Hossam Al -Masry without the collapse of the hospital building.
As for the second strike, it included two “Hat” missiles, at least launched from the Merkava tanks, and they fell on the stairs set by the Golani plane.
The wreckage, which was collected from the site, showed normative alloys corresponding to the guided missile systems, not traditional shells.
And the presence of drones over the hospital throughout the attack confirms that the perpetrators were accurately who was on the ground, and the choice of hitting the same place twice is proven with this accuracy that this was a deliberate killing and not accidental damage.
The Hind Ragab and the Palestinian Center for Human Rights said that the massacre of Nasser Hospital is not an isolated event, but rather is part of a wider style. Since October 2023, more than 270 journalists have been killed in Gaza, which made it the fiercest struggle for media workers in modern history.
At the same time, 94% of Gaza’s hospitals have been damaged or destroyed, and this systematic targeting of health care and a double strategy shows: depriving Palestinians of survival and erasing their suffering evidence, and these actions are consistent with the genocide policy.
The Foundations called on the International Criminal Court to open an investigation and issue arrest orders against officials, starting with the Golani operators who set the target, through the tank leaders who fired the missiles, to the generals who agreed to the attack, as well as Netanyahu, who provided the political cover.
