The current period is characterized by heavy pressures on state schools, especially in three areas: state education receives relatively low budgets for various religious schools, which has a ban on independent thinking on major issues of Israeli reality and ordering lecturers on these issues to the schools. I would like to focus on the last of the three in Jewish schools.
The last few decades have created confusion and imperative about the nature of the super-elementary state schools. It is unclear what the connection of the students of the students are to the Jewish tradition and the Jewish religion, or on the other hand. The 25 years of the 21st century in these schools have exacerbated these problems.
