Palestinian displaced people face harsh conditions in a severe cold and strong winds, where thousands live in tents made of nylon and thin fabric and lack the lowest elements of rain and storm protection.
In the early morning hours, where temperatures decrease to low levels, these Palestinians lack the most basic elements of protection from severe cold, risk of storms and heavy rains that have increased their suffering inside the camps scattered across the sector.

Delaying aid
