Is there a “Jewish” answer to the kidnapped Sabbath agreement? A “Jewish” answer is the answer of our common sense today, according to our best discretion, in our language, within our norms, our values and our legacy. It’s Judaism. It has always been Judaism, and this is our Judaism.
On the other side are religious fanatics, which have a question -free (dogmatic) opinion and are struggling to present it as “Torah opinion”, that is, as an accurate interpretation of Halacha, and perhaps as God himself.
