The Weizmann Institute of Science in Rahoufut near Tel Aviv, which Tehran considers “the nuclear mind of Israel”, was seriously damaged by the Iranian missile shelling, as the institute confirmed that a number of its buildings were damaged without registering human injuries, while the New York Times revealed a fire in one of the laboratory buildings, based on pictures showing widespread damage.

Several cities and regions, including Haifa, Caesarea, Tel Aviv, Rumat Gan, Bayah Tikva, Rishon Lesion, Bani Barak and Beit Yam, were subjected to a major Iranian bombing behind serious damage to buildings and vehicles.
Israel began at dawn last Friday – with American support – a massive attack on Iran with dozens of fighters, called “the rising lion”, during which nuclear facilities and missile bases were bombed in different areas and assassinated prominent military leaders and nuclear scientists.
